Regarding minute 09:05, I’m sure you found out already. On the web, the option to turn a note into a blog post shows up by right/Ctrl clicking on the note. There’s no option, AFAIK, on the iOS and iPadOS apps yet.
Well, I have to scratch that. I was sure it worked some time back on the web, and now when I right click, the usual macOS dialogue shows up, no option to turn the note into a post. I don't know if my recollection was mistaken or if something has changed in micro.blog. Sorry.
