In Tollywood. even after the actresses spoke about how abusive their co-stars were, the actresses were banished, but not even one question against the so-called famous actor NBK. People do know that NBK looks down upon the actresses (especially if they are non-Telugu), and touches them inappropriately without content, but no one bats an eye. So Yes, Kerala is slightly better.

JUST TELL ME HOW TO PROVE IT? SAs are really hard to prove, and in the Indian Judiciary, the proof, unfortunately, falls on the victim; hence, "innocent until PROVEN guilty," not until "Innocent until Guilty that could be proven beyond doubt."

Let the government decide on whether to investigate/provide justice to these harassers
Atleast let there be a platform for registering/sharing incidents about such harassers

It is an exchange industry where you have the right to accept or decline offers. Unfortunately, in India, taxpayers' money is being spent on addressing allegations of prostitution instead of being used for essential infrastructure development, medical treatment for those in need, and other public services. Adultery should be added as a criminal offense under the IPC, with both parties-male and female-facing punishment together.
They built a medical college in Kolkata and we saw what happened there. This is not about a profession that you think promotes prostitution but about bringing a systemic change where women are free to work without the fear of being harassed.
It was just an incident that shouldn't have happened. What can we do? People are different, and so are their mentalities. Let the law deal with the culprit. Criminals exist everywhere, regardless of gender. While women may not always attack physically, they can inflict mental harm and sometimes persuade others to target those they dislike

Report has been released late. Better late than never. It is good that there are many woman coming out with their experiences and names have started to tumble out. The road is not going to be smooth because many of the accused are powerful men in the industry and crores and crores of business rest on them. So all efforts will be made to break the movement. Women have the power to shake the Universe and they should not be afraid or intimidated. This does not only apply to Malayalam industry but all over the world.
