    Have you ever thought of doing a colouring book? Because that’d be awesome and would really fit your love of making environments.

    Guys, can we all just appreciate the music I found for this video, a song that sounds almost exactly like an Antlers song (which is the artist who''s album she is listening to in the drawing) and a beautiful Bon Iver -like song as well. It's so great to find amazing music that I can use for my monetized videos!
    The songs are

    I think your candle making witch would make a great story. Where she places spells into her candles and as they burn the spell is released into the air. She could sell them or give them to people having issues. Imagine lighting up your gift and your flu vanishes or your mood brightens or you make up with a loved one. I'm a Professional artist too, I love putting stories to lovely well drawn pictures while I'm watching.
    Take care
    Bevanna

    This might sound kinda horrible, but i stopped watching you a long time ago, because every time i looked at your art i would just feel really bad about my art. You were to good for me 😂 Recently i started watching you again, and now i dont think "Wow, i will never be this good at art" But "Wow, i hope i'll be as good as her one day". Your art really inspires me ❤

    Hi jacquelin, im super inspired by your art. Id like to be drawing more but i feel so overwhelmed by the many supplies and genres of suplies that artists use. I figure just go with what feels most comfortable etc. Id love and be so appreciative if you could give any headders on how to find your own niche and comfort with art supplies, instead of getting overwhelmed by the trillionsnof things that exist out there. what should be prioritised when choosing...for example is it best to have as few mediums as possible in drawing, is it best to find markers and pens that just feel right or are there some which are better than others? Thanks Jacquelin

    making candles is a BITCH. (forgive my language) my late grandmother had a candle shop and i would help her out for money. the tables were covered in wax and wick clippings. i remember at one time i burned my hand on the hot wax. it was fun but its quite difficult

    Dear fellow artists, I have a bad habit of starting a project (be it a painting, a sketch, or whatever...) and not liking how I start it and I just flip to another page. I waste a lot of paper like this. Whenever you don't like how a piece is going, do you scrap it or finish it? I think I might finish a Sketchbook with maybe 10 complete pieces.

I looooove that you have string lights in your studio lol. My room/workspace is covered in lights lol. It always makes me feel at home and inspired. I know you're going to be sad to leave the studio you have now but I have no doubt you'll create another amazing studio in the future. I'm really excited for your new beginnings.

    5:46 I’d so buy a coloring book like this with like 50 or 20 prints! Also I loved the music at 8:42 and I think it would have been even more confusing for the light if the cauldron was sitting on a fire haha but I’d like to see you draw her under a harvest moon outside her candle hut painting the scenery of a peaceful field with ghost for Halloween

  • @Csb1289
    @Csb1289 7 років тому

    It's funny you say that you use thicker lines in the foreground as opposed to the background because I would do the exact opposite. I think I like to simplify things in the background and give it a general geometric shape so it gives a memory of a typical room without all the detail but I appreciate all of the details in this drawing and so I probably would have done the same.
