Luvu is an Ass. He’s trying to jump over the pile to hurt Hurts!! He’s a dirty player. He took cheap shots at Goff last week and tried to put him out of the game.
GG, I was cheering for Washington. You guys have a bright future. Jayden Daniels is your guy, he got you guys to the championship as a rookie!! He’s fun to watch!!!
Yall should be proud, Daniels had an insane rookie season, and the Commanders have nowhere to go but up. As an Eagles fan, I look forward to having an actual division rival next year
Eagles fan here thanking all Washington fans for a great game today. Today was just not your day, but I can tell you that this is just your first of many invites to the Big Dance to come. You got your franchise quarterback of the future, a strong O-line, and plenty of talent to make it back here again. Rest up, enjoy the fruits of your hard earned labors, and know that good things are ahead of you. We'll see you next season and know we're glad to finally have some real competition in the division.
As a Lions fan, all I can say is I'm kind of glad we didn't win last week cuz I would have been heartbroken to get killed by the eagles. The Lions defense was too beat up and banged up. Barkley would have had 500 yd rushing
@@WarmongerYTyea I was, on one hand wanted to see the commanders get absolutely ran through, which they did, but on another hand I really didn’t want to see Philly go to the dance, but here we are.
Bobby Wagner said that Washington was getting extremely frustrated because they kept telling the referees that Philadelphia was in an illegal formation, which they usually are for the push, and were being ignored. So they felt like they had to try and jump the snap if the refs weren’t going to call that… then the refs got mad and threatened to give the Eagles points if Washington didn’t stop trying to jump the snap… this is an extremely extremely bad look for the NFL. especially when every other commercial they run is an advertisement for sports betting.
@@jeffvermeire5318 That's why I take the words of a player on the losing team with a grain of salt. They weren't in an illegal formation, Luvu understood the only way to consistently stop the push is to do exactly what he did: try to time the snap with your leap over to prevent Hurts from getting any momentum off the snap. Props to Luvu, he was the only one on that team still trying by this point, lot of respect for that. As for the refs giving the eagles points, I refer you to the NFL's rulebook. Rule 12, Section 3, Article 4: PALPABLY UNFAIR ACT. A player or substitute shall not interfere with play by any act which is palpably unfair. Rule 12 Penalty: For a palpably unfair act: Offender may be disqualified. The Referee, after consulting the officiating crew, enforces any such distance penalty as they consider equitable and irrespective of any other specified code penalty. The Referee may award a score. Been in the rulebook for decades, almost got applied that time Tomlin tripped a Dolphins player on a kick return like 15 years ago.
Luvu is my hero. I was laughing so hard when he jumped offsides for a third time later in the game (once the game was clearly over). Proud the Commanders made it that far.
If we actually started at the 2 yard line and the penalty was "half the distance" each time, the final position was 1/4 of a yard or 9 inches, i do not think you can actually go into the end zone on penalties, so i think the lowest would be 1 inch unless you were moving it fractions of an inch after that, so 3 more penalties left in theory - 4,2,1 inches
@@abp1400 Actually it´s not working like that. It´s simpler. It´s rule that after multiple penalization offense get technical TD. Referees warned Commanders about it that´s why they don´t push so hard next attempt and still get TD.
By the end the "half the distance to the goal" was so small, I was imagining a ref getting his 3rd grade pencil case & getting that old 6-inch ruler out. They were getting to where they would have to give the Eagles a TD ....... because they just couldn't "half the distance" properly in millimeters!
Thr funny part was how over the top excited the commentators were being when the Eagles scored. Guys, the ball was less than a football length away from the line at that point - not that amazing of a feat. 😂
I remember when Troy Polamalu used to do this. He timed it perfectly and stopped QB sneaks. Im an Eagles fan didnt have anything wrong with this. Just time it perfectly.
That movement from Hurts rocking back and forth when yelling hut is supposed to be a false start penalty as it is movement to draw people offsides. I remember a few years ago they called that for a small head bobble for other QBs.
