I don't think that's the reason they didn't played the solo, Issei Noro can freely express his ideas, he also could play more simpler, I think the reason is just because they had to cut some parts of some tunes to fit the time they had to perform, they did something similar to other medley lives like vintage 2002 or 20th anniversary
