I've just noticed this unanswered message while looking for something else. People ask all the time if they can use my material for various purposes, I always say yes if it's a good cause and they mention my channel in return.
I’ve walked up here with my mum and dad when I was eight or nine. I’m now seventy. Brought bak some really happy memories going through a tunnel dripping with water lol scary
Top video buddy, I was thinking about filming the dam but don't think I could do a better job. I've climbed the Munro's up there and started looking up dam and found your channel. Subbed btw 👍🍺
Hi. Did you hillwalk or take the access road? My drone group want to film the dam, but we are not all capable of walking and want to know if the road is open/accessable? Thanks
Hi Dave, I walked up the access road which is not open to vehicles (except hydro/farmer), big locked gate. I parked at Inveruglas visitor centre and walked, I wouldn't even attempt in a wheelchair unless you were planning breaking the land speed record on the way down.
Dave McQueen there are several padlocks on gate and certain groups get permission to use groups. I was climbing Ben vane and met Scottish land rover club, maybe worth getting in touch with them.
TWO WHEEL FIX. Do you know who can grant permission? I have emailed SSE twice in the last fortnight. They say 48 hours to reply and I've had none. Thanks
Another great video capturing Scotlands' wonderful scenery.
Many thanks!
Brilliant, always wanted to see what it was like up there.
Another great vid. Looks like a stunning place.
Yeah, the scenery is breath taking, and I had the whole place to myself for most of the afternoon.
Well Done....what a fantastic video. Love this place.
Thank you, it is a great location.
@@TheHoveringScotsman hope you don't mind - I used a still from your footage as a reference for one of my paintings - flic.kr/p/2b8tZij

Thanks, I think they are improving as time goes by. I have lots of new ideas for future vids.

Thanks for sharing Janet, the tunnel is still there on the left.
This video is wonderfully made! Keep it up!
Thanks Patrick, always nice to hear your feedback, I subbed you.
There is a wee hoose in the middle of the Loch only visible when the water level drops.

You're welcome Ronny.

Thanks TWF, it was nice and quiet, just a couple of walkers making their way off Vorlich, very windy up here though.
Great stuff! would you say it's possible to climb up the sloped columns or are they too steep?
It'd be possible with ropes obviously, too steep otherwise but I'm sure some people would risk it.
Hi, this is great - would you remember the date you took this?
Thanks, 17th July 2017.
