Great Help sir...have been going through each n every video of yours. Need help in understanding a point over MOB , coming Under MARINE or Shipping Casualty ?? Does any of the definitions notify that to Declare a casualty of Human Loss , as Marine or Shipping , weather the nature of work was involved or Not...?! Exp - MOB occurred overnight and came to be aware next Morning. So does this criteria of loss of life in off hours , create any criteria to be marked as Marine or Shipping Casualty...??
