I really really appreciate the transparency in showing the MMR of all the teams that you fight in these most recent clips. There's a lot of rhetoric on Reddit from cynical people saying that MMR being kind of bad is service for content creators so they can get their clips, show off and look like gods, and it's clear here that you're not punching below your weight class. The only lower starred players that you faced off with were partnered up with 5-6 star players. I know that MMR isn't perfect, but thank you for providing the information for us. Ive been using that terminus+uppercut a lot. The variety of loadouts you can play in this game is what makes It always refreshing. The other day I was playing Springfield dumdum + conversion Fanning
Any shotgun + uppercut is a great combo. It allows you to deal with any situation you need to handle. Long ammo dorks? Just uppercut em. Bomblance guy being toxic in VOIP and rushing in your compound? Blow a hole in his chest with the shotgun. You really have to run setups like this for randoms because comms are minimal and you can't really plan anything out.
@@fidolimp That's why Slate+Uppercut is one of my favorites loadouts. I feel like I'm ready for any situation. But I've been using terminus flechette just for the variety

Flechette is my go-to easy mode ammo. Like when I'm not doing really well or I don't know what to play, flechette. Easy to aim, cheap, feels like home. Only in 1 out of 50 fights I think to myself "I would've done better with buckshot".
Lmao you gotta be trolling. Buckshot has great pen vs wood and consistently one shots, flechette doesn't do either one of those very important things.

The fact you went for that jump at 7:34 puts you up to goat status for me. I regularly do those types of jumps......minus all of the skill lmao. I like to go big or go home. I actually call that the "Jason bourne." Its become so popular amongst my crew that everyone knows when they hear it, whats gonna happen.

What do you think of a perk for throwing knifes? To be able to instantly throw them fast from the hip, without having to bring them up and swing them first? Like when you select them the exact moment you hold aim you can throw them straight

@@owlbgreen1435 like actual throwing knives if you know what I mean. I just think it's kind of stupid how long it takes to throw them. I've practised throwing knives irl and you can pretty much throw them as fast as you can shoot a gun. Even faster to be honest. Obviously they are not as fast as a bullet, but if you can throw them before the enemy presses the trigger they are deadly. So would be cool if ingsme you could have them fly the moment you select them
@@amfam100 what does any of that have to do with what I said? This is just to improve the usefulness of throwing knives in PvP. The ability to throw them straight away, without waiting for long equip and aim animation. It's like fanning in a sense but only with knives. Don't understand why you started freaking out like idkw
@@prizrak636 I love it but I think either the perk or the knives would have to be pretty expensive. And unfortunately doesn't seem likely considering traits seem to have a rule of being applicable to more than one weapon/tool/consumable. Physician and Doctor are the only exception I can think of. Maybe if it also gave a different buff to throwing axes like accuracy or distance?
@@Wintercat1 hundred hands and crossbow perk are for according weapons only too. So it won't be the only one with unique use. I'm thinking it should cost like 5 points, but it won't be too op, because the time between knife throws would obviously be slower than fanning, and also the velocity of the knife itself should stay the same. Perk should only give you ability to throw them from the hip(as fast as you aim them) without the long flip and swing animation first

It always surprises me when people don’t go for easy revives at higher MMR with necro. I hover around 5 stars and it blows my mind when I kill someone and their teammates just run away and don’t even attempt to get their buddies. I’ll have rotated half a compound away from their downed teammate only to come back to them still sitting on the ground.
I dunno, I guess only a few people out there go full Saving Private Ryan for their pals like that one dude in the first match haha. Friends don’t leave friends behind!
ive seen it happen more often than not, I dunno, I tend to punish players who do ballsy revives considering my hours in the game i could hear a sound and shoot through the wall and hit folks most of the time, with the event sadly camping bodies is too viable, i rarely get punished for doing the same for my partners. though perhaps most people at that level of mmr just want to save their hunters or have their buddies let them know to leave
I literally use dynamite as a smoke bomb for revives and body block while they stand up

God i love this game, but somehow recently every match there has been this sweaty 3 man prestige 100s or 1 100 with new accounts queued up and it is getting to me man. I miss the days of every now and then having a good day and I used to be able to extract consistently every 3-5 games atleast but I haven't in 2 days, not even running away from extracted bounty because some trio is camping my 2 dead randoms. Now its only bad days with the occasional win against some newbie team, which doesn't make me feel good at all because they never had a chance... maybe its just me actually getting better and with getting atleast 1 kill every game it never lowers my mmr from 5 star ;A; god i love it when I get 4 stars
Hello my friend. Sometimes you get unlucky, but more commonly what happens is you get tilted and start playing a lot worse. Generally if the game is getting you upset it's best to take a break, for your mental and your MMR. Usually on the days I'm getting shit on if I can't talk myself into logging off I'll just start forcing myself to do a goofy challenge. Like only bow or bomb lance or something, just cause it forces you to really switch up your playstyle from the "default" and sometimes can help reset the mental. Hope that helps
@@KingJerbear tbh maybe you’re probably right man I was very frustrated after and before every game so that definetly affected it. Today I actually had a very good day, since from my previous comment I decided to prestige up just because I kind of gave up at that point and wanted to just lvl up (300 hours on prestige 3) and all day I’ve never seen one prestige 100. Could be luck, and I’ll be eating my words tmrw tho 😅. Funny thing is during my bad streak there I kept saying to myself like “bad games/days happen” some hunt giveth hunt taketh type shit, but after the first day I was just coping so hard. Hopefully we have less of those bad days and more good ones 🙏and also get better too that I am practicing
Might be a dumb question but how do people like hornet and rachta have traits on all their hunters? I don’t tune in on streams so do they just play a few games with no trait hunters and just build them up?
Yeah, how else would they get them lol. They also play a shitload of games and have a better survivability than your average hunt player so yeah.

Hey I know I'm not hornet, but I have around 400hrs in hunt and 2k in Tarkov and I think I might be able to help ya out.
When playing hunt, the best way to get a grasp of the game is to think about how others would approach a fight and then anticipate their moves to get the upper hand. Gamesense in terms of little peek spots are just found by exploring and having random adventures around the map. Trying new strats and spots is 100% the best way to "git gud"
Also listening for sound ques is super good in this game.
In terms of aim, it all is practice, using the new aiming range is a great space to practice with :)
if I recall correctly he mentioned on stream that he sunk 8500 hours into the game already...
