Take pain suppressing pills. But don't take them regularly otherwise they may cause some harmful side effects. You can take those pills when any important test is nearby and you are not able to focus on the preparation for that important test due to your pain.

Tests r conducted after completing 10 12 chpters(approx from all three subjects) of mains nd adv level.. Frm those Chpters... U can say after a month .. Nd whn the syllabus is completed.. You just hve to give tests till the exam comes.. Nd after the tests teachers discuss the pprs nd doubts only in class... I'm from engineering.. I think it may resemble fr neet as well..

You can buy the batch as a back up plan but offline would ensure regularity, and a stimulated and competitive environment.
