Ingredients:
1 onion/ bawang merah
6-7 Cloves Garlic/ bawang putih
2 tbsp dried chilli/ kisaran cili kering
1 tbsp chilli souce / Sos cili
1 tbsp Kicap manis / Sweet soy souce
1 tsp dark caramel sauce/ Sos keremel pekat
3pkt maggi
300g squid/ sotong
2 egg / telur
2 handful mustard greens/ sayur sawi
1 1/2 pkt maggi sessiong/ perisa maggi
1/2 cup water / air
500g Prawns/ udang
1 tsp Oyster sauce/ Sos tiram
1/2 pkt maggi sessiong/ perisa maggi
some tumeric powder/ sedikit Serbuk kunyit
