The families of the people who died are probably unaware there was compensation money given. That HR probably made 12 million shillings eating the compensations of the whole group, he didn't eat alone

The issue of compensation came after the shooting incident. My question still remains on why the company compensated him for injuries occurring outside the workplace
My legal advice to this gentleman. Uli umia outside the company's working hours and outside the company premises. Therefore the company cannot be liable to your injuries...sorry to say this. Therefore don't have great expectations from the company. Rely on NHIF and well wishers like us tukuchangie utapona in Jesus name. Amen!

@@Princessmanu1366 that was a catch 22 situation, the outcome would have been more or less the same. But either way personally I wouldn't argue with a gunman. There is more than meets the eye, having listened keenly to this story, I'm still left with the question of motive. Then 6 men against one gunman who is on a mission to kill then fight or flight would also have been an option. Where did the gunman disappear to when the crowd gathered? Why did the company compensate him?
