Two Free Spirits Bike Packing Towards The Sunset - Camino de Santiago

- I got a call from my cycling girl Virginia Cancellieri. The outcome: we are going to start our bike-packing adventure the next day.
We ride the Camino de Santiago "the French way" starting from Burgos. This is my favourite gravel adventure ever. Two free spirits on bikes going with the flow and enjoying the time out in the saddle. It is still an ambitious tour as Virginia, being a mtb pro, just can't stop smashing it. Pure freedom on dusty gravel roads without a plan other than the final destination.
I've experienced some of the most beautiful days of my life and even shed some joyful tears.

Lovely document about two lovely smiling girl... thanks for sharing
A good tip for drying kit on a towel is to roll it up and then twist it really tight, maybe one person on each side. It squishes everything out so well.
Roll it up in a towel and step on it to squish the moisture out into the dry towel.
@@sugarpill6006 errrrr…you mean like they actually did?
I can wait another day. I can. I know I can. I wish it was live today but I'm sure it will be worth the wait 😁
Haha😂
You are so sweet! It makes me so happy to see that you are excited about my videos!
@@clippedinandfree I really am. The editing is really great. I love your soundtrack choices (and the fist "punches" always crack me up). Seeing the chemistry between the two of you and how happy you both are... makes me smile through the whole video. It's almost as if I'm there riding along with you. I really need to own a bike again.

Niice video 👍
Fun adventure and great editing for the video. I wonder how many are biking the camino? I'm sure you're running into a lot of walkers/hikers, no?
There actually almost weren’t any other cyclists. Most people walked the Camino ☺️
Where can we get the hostel list? Great video!!
Bread and water! Getting into that pilgrimage spirit… Are those the same tyres that finally failed on the ride home from Barcelona airport?
No, I wish I had kept these tyres as the Conti Terra Speed were better even after smashing more than 6000 km on them. The ones that gave up were WTB.
Great video! :D
Thank you so much!
This time you were smart enough not to camp, ha, ha. That's why everyone is so happy!
Haha 😂 it was an amazing experience though haha 😂
Hi. I bought the same seatbag and found that there is a problem with mounting the rear light. What is the rear light you are using?
Hi Clippedinandfree! I’m biking the Camino Frances this month! What’s a good number of days to complete this and enjoy the towns for an athletic 27 year old man?
Make it a challenge and try to beat Virginia and me 😜
We’ve done 3 days, about 130-140 km gravel per day. That’s 5-7 hours of cycling in the heat.
@@clippedinandfree Wow you guys are animals, thank you so much!
🍹 👍🏻
Awesome video! Nice POV at 6:15 haha!
