MARC and CSX action in Baltimore

In this video we see a few trains in downtown Baltimore at the Ridgley Street crossing featuring the famous MARC, Ex NJT GP40PH-2 #4145 leading train 850, which is a pretty rare sight to see nowadays. We see a few other MARC trains, 857 and 852, along with northbound CSX manifest Q422 bound for Selkirk, NY. and local train Y164 I believe.
