How about Wrexial, the Risen Deep? Lots of ramp, protection for Wrexial, a fair bit of milling, and then some other cool creatures in Black and Blue like Ghastlord of Fugue and maybe some Ninjas? Also, Chaos Wand is a must in the deck.

Same i just go to edhrec look at the options pick my theme. Check if i got most of the cards sleeve them and what's unsleeved i just buy alot of good cheap cards.
