Every time some St Louisans neglect to pay for things required by law, the city takes money from their budget to bail them out. If someone purchases an expensive car, gets a temp tag and allows it to expire, it’s a slap on the face of the city for not enforcing the law. It also allows those who skirt the law to just keep doing it.
