There's nothing special about David; he's flat-footed with no head movement. Now he's fighting a bigger, natural 175-pound, very technical boxer who put Stevenson in a coma.😅

I actually like both Benavidez and Gvozdyk. It is just my opinion, but, despite his age, Gvozdyk is no joke, and he has massive potential to cause an upset, even if he's lost a bit of the elite abilities that one has when they're in their prime. When someone loses to Beterbiev, it's not even worth mentioning, lol, since Beterbiev has been a wrecking ball in the LH division. David's also a beast in his own right. He's huge, but still fast, and I see him mature with each fight. I love the fact that there's been no trash talk. Gvozdyk is always humble, and I respect David for recognizing that he is a good man. Benavidez has had some missteps, but a lot of people forget how young he was when he was less disciplined. David has a massive opportunity to not only win that interim title, but also to grow as a fighter after sharing the ring with Gvodzyk, just because I imagine it's much different sparring someone than fighting them. I'm not a boxer, but I do love it and appreciate what fighters put on the line each time they step into that ring. I hope both men come out intact and hope the best man on the night wins, without crazy-ridiculous judging.

DavidB has tremendous potential, and is one of the most exciting fighters to watch. He is yet to be in a 70:30 fight. Has to step up from beating up weak guys to taking on Bivol, Biterbiev, Canelo. Makes for an exciting second half of his career for sure. He will give each a tough time. He is going to walk through Gvozdyk.

Gvozdyk is a real threat but he hasn’t done much in a while. It’s possible he could win but I think Benavidez youth will prevail in this one.

If it doesn’t go the same way it did in sparring I hope Benavidez has a plan B. Feels like him and his team think they have the win secured just because he got the better of him in sparring. Plus Benavidez doesn’t seemed to focused on gvozdyk he’s been thinking about canelo and could probably cost him in the end.

This is an interesting matchup, but Benevidez gives up most of his advantages at this weight class. He’s no longer bigger than everyone and longer than everyone. When he’s throwing wide he can get hit and he’s not a power puncher even at 168 so not he’s slightly smaller so idk what Olek has got in the tank after retirement but he could be a problem for David. Should be exciting

THIS IS A MATCH MISTAKE BY PBC. Benavidez has been fighting in a lower weight class his whole career, where he has a significant advantage against smaller opponents. Let's see how he reacts this Saturday when he gets hit by a naturally strong 175-pounder. He's not used to taking punches from a bigger guy at 175. When Pacquiao moved up a weight class and fought Margarito, although Pacquiao won, he admitted that moving up a class was very dangerous and that he felt the body shots from Margarito. Manny was badly hurt. Canelo moved up a division and got beaten by Bivol. Similarly, Callum Smith stepped up to 175 and got flattened by Beterbiev. Moving up to a higher weight class is very risky, especially if you're not used to their stronger punches.

So you want Canelo at the tail end of his career to fight a younger, naturally bigger, stylistic nightmare. Why is Canelo held to such high standards. This is his damn 4th weight class. He is already small as hell. Whenever the greats fought bigger opponents they had some form of advantage, whether that be speed, superior boxing skill etc. In Canelo's case against David he would have no advantages. Why cant David unify at LHW and then move up to CW and win a world title?
