OR you could: disable the cameras, run as fast you can to the jewelry store, steal the 2 big ones that can be put in the bag (and the cash register and some money) and put it in the extraction zone and wait in the same area as he did and PRAY that no one sees the glass you broke (you will fail the stealth part if someone sees the glass broken for long enough, so be ready to run around for 1-2 minutes straight if this happens.)

I actually don't think you can do this unless you play on hard or above since you just can't make enough money without smashing windows or blowing up the car on normal
