      In no world is that a good thing. The game isn't "dead" but let's not try and gloss over the serious issues this game has by calling people who are fed up "tourists."

      ⁠@@TookyGI mean the devs originally were expecting between 10-20k concurrent players. It was always going to be impossible to maintain the initial player base that was literally more than 20 times what expectations were. The fact they’ve still got tens of thousands playing is great, I don’t think the player drop is a bad thing.

    I personally feel like hulks and all them turn way too quick for how bulky and how much firepower they have. Really need to slow them down a bit

      Everything is way more sped up now. Things were not like this early in the game. Not only is the average enemy movement speed for both factions just flat out higher, but they added a rubber band AI effect if you're not watching enemies chasing you. Enemies speed up off screen, and you can sometimes catch the game doing this.

    Termite should have a huge AOE and strip all armor from targets. It doesn't need to do damage if you can then use any anything to take the targets down. There fixed. As long as they hold on to the notion that killing everything with anything isn't what they want, I'm not comin back

    I feel like helldivers should be allowed a 5th stratagem slot, but only non-lethal stratagems can fill it. The stratagems that would be allowed for this slot would be Eagle smoke, orbital ems, orbital smoke, shield bubble, ems mortar, etc. this would make it so that those underutilized stratagems would be competing with each other, instead of with the other stratagems that actually do damage. Another stratagem that I’d like to see added that would also fit this slot is an orbital smoke walking barrage, that creates a straight smoke corridor.

    i recently tried to use smoke a bit, and holy it wasn't as good as it could be, tho it was usefull. Stun ofc is better bc you can stun hulks, but smoke can help you get out. But i can agree, smoke feels undervelming sometimes.

    Ship infiltration in space is actually an amazing and easy idea they could implement like you have one life but to balance things out the most you’ll be fighting are regular devastators. You then sneak around and try to plant a bomb it’s kinda a ultra hard mission

    Bro I agree so much on some of the topics like how u should be able to pick up throwing knives, and also the idea of being able to control your stratagem is so cool now that I think about it imagine your cornered and you tell everybody else to protect you well you call in the chopper gunner that would be so cool

    For stealth sniping on bugs, i know it's not ideal, but make sure to be wearing recon armor and try to stay at least 60m away from the targets; detection range for bugs is 40m while standing in recon armor, so you want to have a little bit of leeway while crouching so that it's easier to dispatch all the breach callers before they get too close. UAV booster will make this easier since radar will be 100m after the radar upgrade.

    For smoke grenades and smoke stratagems in general I have a feeling we will get a booster or armor passive that allows you or your team to see enemies through the smoke. They’ve talked about this before so I think that’s coming and throwing knives are great against chargers when you aim at their legs and it four shots them and stuns the crap out of stalkers. But I totally get what you’re saying and dope video man👍

    Definitely agree there should be more stealth mechanics smoke should work better. Maybe we’ll get a stealth warbond with suppressed weapons like Halo ODST. Would be a lot of fun

    An idea I had for the game that fits with your two backpack idea is to make a waist slot for helldivers. The jetpack could be downsized to look like the jump kit from titanfall 2.

    Main problem of the game is the limited mission types.
    Sure, there's like 15 of them. But it all comes down to the almost same gameplay loop. The replay value is very small here. You get to a point where you sorta did all, you can solo helldive, you know all the spawns, you tested all the guns then what? A different coloured cape aint going to cut it.
    Introducing a new faction will resurrect the game ... for a while. More world types/biomes will also add a bit of value.
    Overall I dont see how to deal with the underlying issue however. It's not like sea of thieves for example, where every session is different/sandbox (very different game design). This ends 2 ways: you dive, you kill foes you win or you dive, kill more foes, you die.
    Maybe a single player campaign (or co op campaign) could revitalize the game. But I realize how hard to do it would be.

    i mean ive got almost 400 hrs of this game so its not a bad game, it just needs more content like stratagems(most important!) bug fixes and just new fun enemies/missions.
    oh and 120 fps mode would be just the biggest cherry on top.

    Thermite is the only throwable that is absolute garbage, others are okay or good.
    Stealth could be better, but understanding how enemy awareness works makes stealth and also smoke better.
    If you want to shoot longer without reloading, pick a weapon with higher magazine capacity.
    2 backpacks would be fine by me, since you would have to waste 2 stratagem slots for them, but I doubt it would be added.
    Controlling stratagems like an attack chopper or ac-130 would be insanely op, since you could just hide somewhere and deal with targets from complete safety. This would go against the philosophy of the gameplay.
    Melee weapons would be nice, but the finishers scream "main character", which we are far from in the setting of the game.
    Dealing with hunters requires target prioritization or using stratagems to deal with them.
    I'm all for more customization of apparel and weapons, but that's just QoL and not a priority.
    TL;DR It is your opinion, but I can't agree with it as per see above.

    You had a couple of ok ideas and I'm not trying to @ you or anything but most of your suggestions are taking this unique game and trying to turn it into another game your not playing any more. Or your asking for things they say they plan to do. Or your asking for things that they will have to change way more then they can, like splitting throwables would require changing the ui and all of the control schemes. This is a smaller issue on pc but on ps this is difficult as all the buttons are used and there are a ton of options we already Dont have. Picking up knives would make them rework the whole system as well. While they may be able to fix some of the stealth stuff, this isn't a stealth game and the fact that it has any is amazing.

    A big reason why the hunters are always on your butt is because the devs made a stealth change so the AI will rubber band and go faster when they're not on your screen. Annoying when you notice it, super neat and realistic. This makes it so you have to babysit enemies behind you with your attention/view. This leads players into accidentally walking into stage hazards or other patrols...
    One of my biggest gripes is against the bots and shooting down the dropships. It's just janky as all hell. Even before it drops the troops, it crashes into the ground and here's what happens:
    Enemies don't die most of the time
    Enemies get stuck in or walk through/on the burning wreckage.
    Players get stuck on the wreckage.
    Enemies can sometimes shoot through the wreckage.
    Player shots are blocked by the wreckage.
    I remember this being a lot more powerful in the past, but now I'm not so sure it's worth the designated strategem.

    Thermite are slept on. You can kill chargers and bile titans with enough of them stuck to their face

      @adriancollado9275 use one of the six inventory grenade armor. Then just throw the thermite at chargers legs or face. And bile titans face or underbelly.. from my experience. Placement is over accuracy. Doesn't really matter too much if yiu miss the face or intended leg. Just concentrating them in one are should do it. Ammo pack helps. For bug holes they work but take longer than traditional shrapnel or impact grenade

      They're not "slept on". They are absolutely awful and even though they can eventually take out BTs or chargers, having to build your entire loadout around one enemy type and it taking like a minute per kill does not make it viable.

      @xDragonce thats what slept on means. You can use ammo pack for anything else. I guess if you play solo. They are slept on. Just throw them at the face ans go an about your day. Go try it then come back

    The one about hunters is a 100% skill issue. Dive to reduce the slowdown effect on yourself and melee them midair to prevent them from hitting you.

    The game really do need some QoL and optimazation first and foremost.
    Bug fix, stop frame drop, Separate passive from Armor, give us armor color variante to, make the throwing knife re-usable and aim DEAD CENTER (and all weapon for that matter, Im talking to you AMR main) Team reload with the player WITH the pack-pack (not me) and other interessing thing like that for teamplay and coop oriented. something to do end-game with our SAMPLES and REQUISITIONS please. Being able to sprint when on the ship. Buff the smoke SEAF Artillery, it should be stupidly MASSIVE something exactly like those Spore Spewer but The Super Earth smoke version ! For a whole minute or something...Would be so fucking cool...(not that tiny ass fart joke of half a hand grenade smoke...) A roulette screen for EMOTE choice (hold button to see menu and a single press for the one selected)..etc,
    After that, content, and I mean lots of it. The next enemy type. New UTILITY (grenades are cool and fun... but I would like to see other stuff like a item with Optical Camouflage on a cooldown or something.) Melee weapon like you said of course ! New weapon, new mission type, new secondary objective, new passive, new Stratagem, new eagel, new module, new booster, new pack-pack, new passive and helmet passive, new biome, increase stealth gameplay and IA response to it like you said. etc,
    Feel free to add some ideas. :)

      Incendiary impacts are crazy good for chaff, and even if you miss, chaff might walk into the fire

    I have said the same shit since I started playing 2 weeks ago and slowed down at level 40. The game is great but definitely lacking content for a live service game. Hunters are bullshit and need another small tweak/nerf they should NOT be able to JUMP, STUN, and two-frame multi-attack you all at the same time. Need more of everything; grenades, magazines, bullets in the magazines, damage, ranges, attachments, passive armor abilities, armor/ship customization etc!

      I will haunt you if they nerf the hunters. It's the perfect enemy requiring you to have environmental awareness. I never get killed by hunters anymore, it's such an easy enemy to deal with once you understand how. Keep hunters how they are, I hope Arrowhead never makes this game easier.

      If you need more supplies take a resupply pack. Only a few weapons have limited range and if you can see it, you can shoot it. And we are getting new stuff monthly instead of seasonally (3-6 months). What the game is missing will be eventually added, in the mean time…..get good

      @@generaljedi8691 Been on Helldive mode since a low level... I personally don't find it fun being forced to drop mag reload a gun with 4 magazines when I have endless enemies rushing me. I want to be able to stand my ground a lot more instead of always having to kite for reloads/ammo. Imagine spending less time doing those things; you might actually enjoy the video game lol!

And they STILL have no transport/vehicles in their game. With completed models and animations, they are not adding it to the game. All updates are trash. Throwing daggers? In a space game? Seriously? What a shame
