I have been qualified and admitted to the English Studies - Literature and Culture master's degree program at the University of Warsaw after months of hard work and preparation for the entrance exams. I was the third highest ranked candidate admitted and I have provided all the necessary documents with my application. Somehow my application has been rejected and they stated "The predicted travel conditions and purpose could not be substantiated." I'm extemely suprised and I have reconsideration application tomorrow morning. I hope I can overturn this decision otherwise I don't know what to do.

The applicant has two options if their application for a visa is denied: they can either appeal the decision or reapply. The appeal must be submitted in the format specified by the Embassy within 14 days of receiving the denial letter.

My National Work Visa had been refused. No.3 was reason for my rejection. During re Appeal i had enclosed my Bank statement with 4.5 lakhs balance, and iam going for unskilled job, again my visa refused. How to re appeal after second rejection I received my refusal letter on 24th February 2023. Please help me I had invested lot for this process. Please anybody help me what I have to do.

Hii ..I got visa refusal and as per law I have 14 days to re appeal right ! I have applied for student visa and refused point was not enough funds . So during 14 days can I update new funds in bank cash and again submit it .. should book date again ??!!
You can try to do that.When you re-apply government will check you documents carefully.

Very informative video, Thanks, one of my friend have recieved second rejection against Polish Work Visa, first time objections were against points 3,8,9,10 they addresed all point in reconsideration request, at second Rejection they accepted first replies and were cleared objections, but raise the objection of English language competency,.

Hi Darla. Hope you're doing well. I got a refusal in India for insufficient funds and i am re appealing again for study visa. Last time i showed credit card limit of 5414 PLN per month. This time I got a credit card of 31000 PLN and also showing my bank statement as an additional document of about 20000 PLN. Kindly reply that is it fine in the present rules? Will there be a chance of getting the visa now. Thanks

My brother whom I invited got a visa rejection from the German embassy in Dubai with he reason of no financial ties and doubts about his return to Dubai. Hi, i got visa rejection from poland for insufficient fund so i applealed against it by increasing the financial means with 973000 inr = 51,025 pln and credit card limit of 725000 = 38,019 pln but they i still received a rejection letter again today that the decision remains in force 😢 what should i do ?

hi, I got refused when I applied for my working visa and the reason is because I have 2 working permit record in the system. I wrote a letter for reappeal and I got refused again. Is there anything I can do how to fix my problem? I plan to re appeal again but I have to find solution first to my problem so the consul here in Hong kong grant my visa. Can I cancel my first working permit? I already send an email to the company that I wanna cancel my working permit with them (feb. 16, 2023) the date I received the working permit, but no response from them. Anything I can do to fix this issue. Thanks so much!

In case of second time refusal , as you said one can file complain in Warsaw administrative court throug consulate, what will be the documentation he or she has to submit that time and is there any additional charges for this process ? . After suit complain or file with administrative court in Warsaw, in how many days we will receive results , that result will be postive or again it iwll be same as per consulate ? Plz can you advise or reply on each of my questions. It would be highly appreciated. Tc and stay safe
