My name is Crawford and I’m a farmer.
Being a farmer is more than a job; it’s a way of life. The good days can involve bringing new life onto the farm or sunny days outdoors whilst on others it's dealing with machinery breakdowns and on the worst days, sometimes animal deaths.
Farming can be isolating at times - away from the busy streets and city life - so this platform brings you closer to the inner workings showing the highs and lows and everything in between.
I hope to bring some context to how the food ends up on your plate, from your Sunday roasts to morning porridge and even the tulips on your kitchen table. Hopefully a bit of agricultural education along the way.
This video captures the latest goings on including crop management and our efforts to increase sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.

I appreciate you holding back on the amount of people coming because there’s nothing worse than going to something and having to leave because it’s too busy after you paid your tickets. They’re more apt to come back if it’s not overly busy and they had a good time and good food they didn’t have to wait hours for. Way to go
I seen three Avant’s going to Angus chainsaw’s today on the back of a lorry, one of them had bigger wheels and looked like a bit of a weapon.

If I had to guess I would say someone reversed the roller in the folded up position it's natural instinct is to un fold when reversed even if the hooks aren't unlatched had one was warned not to reverse it any distance

Had the same issue with a Vaderstad carrier, its a horrendous design because the second that little locking bar doesn’t lift up, the whole thing will bend and will then need to be hit down every time to get into transport mode. The solution to the issue was a designated sledge hammer that stays with the Vaderstad 😂😂
