Thank you for your review, I’m using my camera every day and am really hard on bags and equipment, time to get a proper bag after cheaper ones never lasting too long!
The LowePro Tahoe 150 has been my "go-to" bag for quite a long time. I can pack my Sony A7RIII with the Sony 24-105mm attached, Sony plastic fantastic 50mm, a Nikon 20mm f/1.8 with Sony adapter, battery grip, and my 70-200mm. The spare batteries, charging cable, lens cleaning kit and flash go in the zippered compartment inside the main portion of the bag. There might even be enough room to swap out the 70-200 for the Sony 100-400mm which is only ~ 0.5" greater in diameter than the 70-200. My iPad slips in the inner sleeve along with a card reader, a few spare cards, and a few other miscellaneous items. This is likely the best camera bag/backpack I've owned. That said, using the exact same design and materials, just slightly "up-sized", it would be nice to see a Tahoe 200 and a Tahoe 250 come out for those want just a bit more space for an extra lens and wanting to carry a relatively soft-sided pack like this over the hard shell LowePro Protactic 350, which I also have but don't use too often.

Hi sir. Can I use this as a daily bag? I really like its size. I'm very concern with those dividers. Can I literally remove them so that I have more room for my stuffs, like clothes and personal items?
@@RunNGunPhoto I have this backpack, it is not very comfortable for daily bag if you are thinking of throwing a laptop and camera inside. 1. Fits only a 13-inch laptop, 2. there is no laptop pocket so to remove it you have to pull out the entire contents first. 3. The upper pocket is permanently sewn in, which makes carrying the laptop even more difficult. Pocket is sewn on from the front, attached with Velcro on the back. You have to partially unfasten the Velcro to slide the laptop between the back and the saddlebag - very uncomfortable

It really depends what you need. The Estarer backpack has a nice back compartment for a laptop/notebooks that the BP150 doesn't have, and is a bit larger so you can fit a couple more lenses. I used the estarer for school because it could carry my gear AND laptop. The BP150 is great when you have an intentional shoot and know exactly what [limited] gear you need. Both fit a drone & camera body.
@@LegendBarca1 I'd consider it a good quality bag. The company gave me one to review and I used it for about a year. The mesh side pockets tore within the first couple of weeks. The rest of the bag held up very well. If you're just a casual shooter looking for an inexpensive bag, it's not bad at all. I did a review of it (I apologize for the horrible audio).

I bought this back in the strength of this review.. Mostly it’s a nice bag, but if you want to carry a 24-70 f2.8, a 70-200 f2.8 and a 50 f1.8 plus a speed light you’re really pushing the bag to its absolute limit. That said it’s a really well made bag. If you’re hoping to pack those three lenses with confidence pick a bigger bag, it’s tight! (even taking out the 50 f1.8 doesn’t really make a difference. I’ll keep the bag but just wish I’d gone slightly bigger
I ended up upgrading to the Lowepro Photo Classic BP 300 AW: amzn.to/40H2Ldn It's slightly bigger but should definitely fit all of your kit -- it works well for me.
@@RunNGunPhotoI’m actually back for a little update, and to take back a little of what I posted. I also forgot to mention I’ve my Godoy speed light in the top zipper pocket too.. The more I use this pack the more I’ve grown to like the little guy!.. Oh, with all my gear my iPad fits the front pocket with ease, and at a push it’ll take my MacBook Air (but that was just once for a class in college, a photography class of course!.). do I still wish I’d gone slightly bigger, no I actually like this.. The other plus is it fits very comfortably into my motorcycle.. Thanks again for the review

Can u pls suggest me a bag where the layoutis same but i can fit lenses in depth direction?
Thanks s2k Kyle- sitting upright the 1DX might be a tight fit with the battery grip. It will certainly fit if you lay it down. I believe this is what I had to do with my D5.
You’re correct, it’s been *6 years now.* I take care of my equipment and that includes cleaning my bag when it gets dirty. You can go back and watch my 2017 review to see that I’ve been using it for a minimum of 5 years. It’s a durable backpack.
Nope, my 15" MacBook barely fits into the main compartment with all of my other gear. This isn't a big bag meant for carrying big laptops around. It's a day bag for single-day shoots.
I would never advise this bag to anyoneas my friend had gotten all his gear stolen from this bag. There is no secure back entense and thieves are so quick and handy on steeling your gear with the front opening. I only use bags with the opening on the back as it is no match for thieves.
Sound like user-error. Anything *can* be stolen if you're not paying active attention. I have a lock on all of my bags, so they only open when I say so.

@@jum3152 Good luck! If you want to use my affiliate link in the description - that'd be awesome. No extra cost to you and it helps keep the channel going!
How do you compare this bag and the estarer backpack?
It really depends what you need. The Estarer backpack has a nice back compartment for a laptop/notebooks that the BP150 doesn't have, and is a bit larger so you can fit a couple more lenses.
I used the estarer for school because it could carry my gear AND laptop.
The BP150 is great when you have an intentional shoot and know exactly what [limited] gear you need. Both fit a drone & camera body.
Oh ok thank you, and I know Estarer is not a very popular brand compare to lowepro, so I want to know if Estarer’s a great quality backpack?
@@LegendBarca1 I'd consider it a good quality bag. The company gave me one to review and I used it for about a year. The mesh side pockets tore within the first couple of weeks. The rest of the bag held up very well. If you're just a casual shooter looking for an inexpensive bag, it's not bad at all. I did a review of it (I apologize for the horrible audio).
@@RunNGunPhoto thank you so much!
Great Video! Just have a question, qould you be able to fit a gimbal like the dji ronin sc in here? Also can you fit a laptop in the main compartment (13 inch)? Thanks!
No to the Ronin. Yes to the MacBook.
Большое спасибо за обзор! Это именно тот рюкзак, который я искал под D810 + 14-24 + 24-70 + 70-300 :))
Glad to help and good luck with the BP150! The 810 fits great!
What size of tablet will the bag fit? Will an12.9 Ipad Pro fit in?
The tablet pocket is 9” wide x 10” in height and 13” diagonally.
Sajan Sebastian Yes, without a case.
How much weight are you carrying on full backpack?
I’d guess 10-15lbs.
Hey, can this hold the Nikon D7100 with Nikkor 200-500mm lens attached as a single unit?
It fits my D750 with a 70-200mm attached. I’ve never shot on the 200-500mm. If the 2-5 is larger then no.
Your camera doesn’t move while it’s in the bag right? I’m trying to find a bag that doesn’t make your camera move.
No, my camera doesn’t move.
Run N Gun What protects it from falling out? Let’s say you forgot to zip it. I don’t see anything in the bag that secures the camera.
@@jaaycesholiday388 If you forget to zip your bag...you have a big problem.
In my lifetime of photography, I've never once forgotten to zip my camera bag.
There is no extra fail-safe if you forget to close your camera bag and everything comes tumbling out.
Run N Gun ok thanks for getting back to me.
@@jaaycesholiday388 No problem!
Is it have enough space for macbook air?
Yes, 13" MacBook: amzn.to/3csaJCF
I bought this back in the strength of this review.. Mostly it’s a nice bag, but if you want to carry a 24-70 f2.8, a 70-200 f2.8 and a 50 f1.8 plus a speed light you’re really pushing the bag to its absolute limit. That said it’s a really well made bag. If you’re hoping to pack those three lenses with confidence pick a bigger bag, it’s tight! (even taking out the 50 f1.8 doesn’t really make a difference. I’ll keep the bag but just wish I’d gone slightly bigger
I ended up upgrading to the Lowepro Photo Classic BP 300 AW: amzn.to/40H2Ldn
It's slightly bigger but should definitely fit all of your kit -- it works well for me.
@@RunNGunPhotoI’m actually back for a little update, and to take back a little of what I posted. Now that I’ve used the pack a few times and the material has loosened up a little its really a nice little back and although fitting the D7200 with my 50 f1.8, 24-70 f2.8 and 70-200 f2.8 is a little snug its closing really nicely now..
@bigmartin hey thanks for the update, I appreciate this! I’m super happy that you’re liking the backpack.
Can viewpoint cs 80 can fit in there and still have some room?
A what?
@@RunNGunPhoto its a lowepro viewpoint cs 80 bag for action cameras. Wonder if the bag would fit in there and have some extra spaces for lenses
Ahhh I’m not 100% sure.
@@ianmanese8237 I'm not 100% sure. What are the dimensions?
Where did you get your nikon hat
Hey Brandon, I got it from PhotoPlus Expo 2018. It was a limited run to promote the Z-Series.
I got two of there shirts but wanted a hat darn
@@Mvpdiscgolfer92 I have the Nikon Z shirt as well. I'd recommend attending Photo Plus 2020 in NYC for great swag.
Haha wish I could help!
I’ll have some awesome RunNGun hats coming soon though 😁😁😁
Im using this bag but i can fit big lenses like 105 2.8 prime or 85 1.2 prime 14-24 or 24 70 2.8 none of them depth direction . i mean i have lay them in such a way they occupy 2 compartments so that this bag isnt sufficient for me now. Can u pls suggest me a bag where the layoutis same but i can fit lenses in depth direction?
All of those lenses fit in the BP 150.
Does anyone know if this will fit a 1Dx? Thanks and great video!
Thanks s2k Kyle- sitting upright the 1DX might be a tight fit with the battery grip. It will certainly fit if you lay it down.
I believe this is what I had to do with my D5.
@@RunNGunPhoto I intend to use with an 5D MKIII with original Canon battery grip installed. Will it fit in any way? :)
Hey Gábor, my 5D mkII fits. I don’t have any battery grip installed.
@@RunNGunPhoto Thanks, do you think it would fit with a grip too?
(edit: silly me, I already have said backpack by me, so could just try it out :) )
Lemme know how it fits!!
Can you fit in a Macbook 11inch?
should fit
could you fit a 15 inch laptop into this?
Nope
Is it Waterproof ??
not water proof
Can you pls review on vangaurd brand bag which are in budget
What budget?
I’ll gladly review a Vanguard bag if they send me one. Until then I’ll use the Lowepro bags I have.
Can you put a 15 inch laptop in it?
I don’t believe the 15” will fit. My 13” MacbookPro does however.
I have one of these. Its a great bag, but dude that doesn't look like 4 years of use?
Haha trust me it is. I take great care of my equipment. I’ve also had 3-4 other bags I’ve tested in the past couple years as well.
Can it fit a 15inch laptop
Nope
Thanks for this review. But I have a nagging suspicion that this backpack hasn't been used for 4 years in hikes and travel. It looks 100% brand new.
You’re correct, it’s been *6 years now.*
I take care of my equipment and that includes cleaning my bag when it gets dirty. You can go back and watch my 2017 review to see that I’ve been using it for a minimum of 5 years. It’s a durable backpack.
Just bought one today on sale at best buy for $27
That's a great deal!
Can it fit a 15.6 laptop?
Nope, my 15" MacBook barely fits into the main compartment with all of my other gear. This isn't a big bag meant for carrying big laptops around. It's a day bag for single-day shoots.
nice Z hat
Thanks it was from Nikon at the Photo Plus Expo.
Does a7iv fit in this bag?
As well as any other camera.
@@RunNGunPhoto thanks. Great review btw and made me order this bag

He said pros and cons. But there were no cons 😆
😂 I did mention some, like the need for a chest strap, but at the price point, I can’t complain.
@@RunNGunPhoto just brought one. Only one to fit my large arms and chest comfortably. Even enough room for a chest strap to be hooked on. Love it
Same here, I’m still thinking about adding an extra strap as well.
You look like Justin Timberlake;)
haha i think that's a compliment thank you!
@@RunNGunPhoto sure i guess;)
I would never advise this bag to anyoneas my friend had gotten all his gear stolen from this bag. There is no secure back entense and thieves are so quick and handy on steeling your gear with the front opening. I only use bags with the opening on the back as it is no match for thieves.
Sound like user-error. Anything *can* be stolen if you're not paying active attention. I have a lock on all of my bags, so they only open when I say so.
No wheather resistance.. that bag is useless
It certainly hasn't been useless for me the last 4 years... It protected my gear in the hot, cold, rain and snow... But ymmv.
Can it fit 13.3 laptop?
Yes, 13" MacBook: amzn.to/3csaJCF
