Placing yourself on a 30yrs mortgage at age 40 is not a wise decision , your gon work until ya dead . I advice ppl under age of 30 to do mortgage

@@ginikatalks my opinion; life’s short to place yourself on a 30yrs mortgage journey, paying £3 per £1 borrowed , na scam and trap , u have to fix your boiler , washing machine , your floors , roof in maybe 10 to 15 years, fix everything, I know my dear tomorrow is not certain. I’ll rather stick with a council house when qualified and use my money to invest back home, go on holidays , and enjoy my life to the fullest, I know some ppl will argue u paying rent and have no asset after 30years, well it’s mortgage vs freedom not mortgage vs rent , mortgage is a scam
