The mythical epic that the Greek poet "Homer" immortalized in (the Iliad), has always raised a lot of controversy about being fact or fiction. So, was that a true historical epic, or is it one of the Greek myths?
Today we will show you one of the most important myths around which a lot of controversies revolved. It is (the Troy myth), which began with the wife of the king of Sparta, "Menelaus", called "Helana", who fell in love with the Prince "Paris", and her escape with him to (Troy). And events developed quickly to ignite the war between Greece and the Kingdom of Troy, which ended with a cunning trick after 10 years. The Greeks made a huge wooden horse and placed it outside the gates of (Troy). So, the Trojans opened the city gates and pulled the horse inside, and at night the Greek soldiers hiding inside the horse, and then they sneaked outside the horse led by "Odysseus", and they seized (Troy).
Also, during our trip with the German archaeologist "Heinrich Schellmann", who was able to prove that (Troy) was a real city. We will present to you the controversy that took place about that war and whether it was a historical fact or not.
