Wow I love Japanese things, so cute from umbrellas to napkin pouches to just everything 😍 The umbrella case gives me a great idea for my bag. I have to bring my medication with me most days as I have to take meds 3 times a day but the containers tend to open easily, but if I make a pouch for it it should be safe 😊 Essential for me when out atm is besides my meds and a bottle of water to drink from, my phone, cards and napkins I suffer from hay-fever and its bad when I'm out atm 😅 lovely summer here though. Usually I bring my keys, phone, wallet, headphones, tissues, deodorant, masks, pads, my bus ticket, a pen, nail clipper, hairbrush with a mirror, hand sanitizer, meds for hay fever, hair clips, hair tie, powder compact, lipstick (well, not at the moment, as it's pretty pointless while wearing a mask lmao), an eyebrow pen to make sure they don't go missing haha, umbrella (if it's gonna rain obviously), water bottle, gum, metal straws and an eco bag with me (gotta be prepared for everything lol)

I don't even have a tote bag >< I just have a small backpack that's enough to fit my essentials like my phone, earbuds, tissue paper, wallet, water bottle, light jacket, and some emergency items in case sh** hits the fan haha. I usually just go into a shop with A/C during the summer to escape the heat.
If you have to carry all these items in your purse/bag might as well make it fun, cute and cheerful...I always make sure I am carrying my Totoro pandemic pouch that contain hand sanitizer, mask , alcohol wipe and gloves.
