You don't show what level would be considered the "fill line"--how high should the water go to be considered "full." I can't find this info anywhere! The instrns says to fill it to the fill line, but there is no fill line. I have the Soho model, not much different than yours.
yes it is, you might want to double check that the filter is inserted properly. there is one indention that is longer than the other three so if the filter is sitting flush, then the lid will sit flush
For those who bought the pitcher that has three pieces instead of two, the one with the "difficult" lid like I did, I got mine to work and it was user error for sure. Try turning the interior clear piece that holds the filter around the other way. What threw me off was the notch at the top. I thought that was needed for the spout but it's not. I hope that helps anyone who came here looking for that answer.

They must still be selling the defective ones instead of doing a recall from stores. I’ll probably call their hotline. Do you fill yours to the bottom of the white reservoir (3/4 full) or can it be filled to the top? Thanks.
Are you supposed to leave the filter in the pitcher for the full 2 months or 40 gallons? Or can you filter the water and pull the filter out and store it separately in the refrigerator? I have one and I have been pulling the filter out after each individual filtering. Then placing it back in the pitcher for each filtering session? Does it matter? Really?
This is a revised version of the lid? I need an idiot's guide to put it on because I'm about to take a hammer to tap it on! I can't imagine how bad it was before. I hate the things are the engineers they're cranking out these days

Just watched it and got confused I'm just curious as to checking checking the condition of current filter did you say just push it down and then it'll be either green or red , Not talking about resetting just simply pushing the button to get status of current filter

This is late, but make sure you're putting the longer indent of the filter east out of the 4 lines, and twist it a little bit so it'll fall down

I had time replacing the lid
If the lid doesn't fit, put the reservoir part in opposite direction. I did the same thing.
Also, you might not have the right notches lined up and the filter is sticking up too much
