Would I get any performance out of just going ahead and getting a 26 millimeter carb which is obviously Just One Step Up?

    • @MsHaspei7
      @MsHaspei7 2 місяці тому

      I wouldn't dare to put a high flow on any stock sealed carb, you just going to either have a really bad acceleration curve or blow the engine clean from the extreme heat cause by the leaner mixture. Learned the hard way :/

    Hi again,
    I asked you before, but know I have other problem.So I have a performance air filter, a bigger exhaust, a brand new Naraku 50-80cc carburetor with 84 main jet, all hoses and intake manifold new, but I can't make my 50cc 4t scooter to go round.
    It starts very well, but when idle it keeps accelerate by itself and then decelarate and so on.If I accelerate myself at idle it accelerates good let's say, but after I let the throtle it gives sign to stop and then I have to adjust the idle screw to give more gas.
    If I give more gas from that screw increases the acceleration.
    I don't know what to do to go like it does before.
    Could this be from the air filter?Should I oil it?
    Or could be from the acceleration cable?But it doesn't seems to be broken or destroyed.
    Thank you.

    So what happens when it gets wet ?

    • @VirberelloScooterTips
      @VirberelloScooterTips  Рік тому

      When a high flow air filter gets wet, it can negatively impact the performance of the engine it is designed to protect. This is because a wet air filter can cause several problems, including:
      Reduced Air Flow: A wet air filter can cause a restriction in air flow, as the wet media can clog the filter and reduce the amount of air that is able to pass through it.
      Engine Misfire: If there is a lack of air flow, the engine can run lean, meaning there is not enough fuel being mixed with the air to keep the engine running properly. This can cause the engine to misfire, resulting in a loss of power and possibly damaging the engine over time.
      Corrosion: A wet air filter can also cause corrosion in the engine, as moisture can promote rust and other forms of corrosion. Thank you for watching my video
