I bought my 5 year old the Flyer and she loves it. I think this is one of the best sets Nerf has produced, purely based on the features it brings to the target demographic.

My 4 year old daughter shoots X Shot Reflex 6s. Thr pull tab on the back seems to be the best action for her.
Excited for this one! I only have the Ultimate starter set which contains the Cadet (the cousin of the Voyager). Modded the Explorer last week and this one is next. Great review!

That mod was intense lol. I cannot picture myself even starting to think about doing all that haha. I might mod the flyer if it’s easy enough though!

I think it should be noted how cool & satisfying this blaster firing sounds. Bonus points in the fun category for that *pop* sound.
I actually like these, my son who is starting to understand what nerf is, is trying to play with my more power blasters like my Rival Hades and these will be great for him to use since he doesn't exactly have the strength, let alone the arm length to use any of my big blasters.

These grips make Doomlands grips SEEM more acceptable even though those grips are still for tiny baby hands

Good opportunity for a kid to get into the next level of the hobby by slicing that stock off. Then trying to glue it on to the pistol they already have.
Looks like there is enough material in the barrels to bevel them out yourself if you plan on gifting it to a younger kid

I still think this line would do well with some suction cup darts. Fire at walls and glass rather than parents.
My 3 year old brother can use a normal nerf gun so is it useful to give him one of these lol
