the first time i heard the kora was toumani's elyne road on the radio. I thought it was a guitar duet and it was one of the first times i can remember being moved to tears by music. IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL
I must admit, you are right. I whas to black and white in my opinion. But for the young people it would be much better to hear also about this kind of music.

of course traditionnal instruments like the kora are never as pur and as on tune than modern instruments like today's guitars or pianos, but it's part of their charm!
