I agree with the hunger point. I was plant based for 6 years, and I would be Hunger every 3 to 4 hrs. I'm have being 90% carnivore for the last 4 months and only eat omad the last few weeks and I'm not hungry in between at all. Plus my pain, bloating and inflammation is gone and I have loads more energy.
Me too. I've been carnivore for two years and I usually only eat breakfast. I'm not hungry the rest of the day. I have eggs, bacon, and sausage or ham in the morning and I'm fine the whole day. Completely satiated. I went from 265 to 190. I'm 63, male, 5'9". I stopped taking high blood pressure medication about a year ago. I have to lie to my doctor and tell him that I am following his 'low fat' diet advice, otherwise, he'll just argue with me. Funny how he says, "Hey, you're doing great. Keep it up!" without realizing I'm doing the exact opposite of what he tells me to do. The only reason I see my doctor is to get a discount on my insurance. The only reason I keep my insurance is in case something happens like an accident or onset of unavoidable disease or condition.
Been carnivore for 5 years. I'm 77. Fell better than I did in high school. Think about the whole planet being carnivore!! Can't imagine how fantastic it would be. (;oh how wonderful). Everyone feeling great. No more sickness no more diabetes !! Plus many many other benefits. Ok world, let's go carnivore !!!!!!!!!
I know Pain...Broken right arm at my wrist, Fractured Right ankle, Broken rib, torn ligaments in right wrist, 2 hernia operations, not to mention the arthritis and neck and lower back pain. I'll be happy to say Carnivore has repaired most of my aches and pains...At 64 I feel like I am in my 30"s just from eating Beef...Go Figure...
@@carnivorecave ouch. Sounds painful. How did you manage to get so fucked up?😂Am 37 and am lucky enough I didn’t ever brake bones or anything in my body.. Which is a small miracle. Dave, at 66 my surgeon convinced me by showing me 2 MRI's, X-rays, and electromyographt tests that I have a real bad pinched nerve and need 5 vertabrae fused in my neck. When he tested my strength by shaking hands, he said OUCH, don't do that as his eyes rolled up. I apologized but explained you said you wanted to test my strength. He is around half my age. This young man has nothing of substance to offer to refute your testimony. He laughs at you, willfully misunderstands your description of a lack of constant hunger, accuses you of lying about eating one meal a day, and tells you that the structural changes of arthritis are incurable, yet the pain is merely psychosomatic. Therefore when I'm at home, I eat some carbs, but I manage to stick to a strict carnivore diet while working away. For me, one of the best and most surprising benefits is the almost complete absence of jet lag.
It's been a lot time since I had so many eye rolls, lol. He's quite a character that I hope no one actually follows. My hunger cues are a rumblng stomach on carnivore. On SAD that never happened, but I was always hungry. He obviously hasn't looked into carnivore, and is an expert on how bad it is;)
I like to think about hunger in two categories. There’s mouth hunger and belly hunger. When eating sugary snacks a lot of times you’re just satiating mouth hunger. It’s definitely not filling you up but it does taste good. You realize that when you can’t put the bag of chips or donuts down. The good thing about carnivore is, for me, it really does eliminate the mouth hunger. And as far as the belly hunger, it keeps them in check and they are satiated much longer by eating a good carnivore meal.
Thank you for the Monday morning entertainment Dave 😄 I can certainly attest the improvement of my arthritis symptoms, dental issues, skin, weight, stomach issues…to name a few. Love your channel!
Plant eaters are always craving, that is the issue here. Personally I have been eating a lot more since I came to my condo in Cuenca, Ecuador maybe because the steaks are leaner than I am used to and Ribeye are only 5.04 a pound. So have been compensating with Sardines, butter, more eggs, and Fatty burger and ghee. The guy in the video is overweight and covered by his hoodie. The good thing is that he is looking at Carnivore.

133rd week carnivore. I obviously died from scurvy and constipation 120 weeks ago. I am 75, and I expect to outlive Vegan Gains and his cronies. 😂 One meal a day is my normal rate. About twice a month, I eat twice on a day. VG is a certified nasty piece of work. 😮 There are only three flights of stairs to my apartment. That's been the case for three years. It has been 10 years since I gave up sugar and the arthritis disappeared 😊
Well Dave I’m with you. I’ve lost 64 lbs since march 2024 eating a lot of beef butter bacon and eggs. Most days OMAD some days second meal because I left heavy weights. A1C normalized. Blood pressure normalized. No longer need a CPAP machine and, knock on wood, gout seems to have resolved. I will stick with this way of eating!

Who is that guy? He knows nothing 😂 I’ve been watching you since you first started and you are looking fantastic! Carnivore works!! But only for those that can overcome the fear and programming to even give it a go. Taking responsibility for your own health and not having someone or something else to blame is scary.
I was plant based for a few years. Dr. McDougall had a stroke when he was young. If I remember he was 18 or so. I mentioned that because he was young and had a stroke.
Fascinating video, I have seen some of his videos and I saw him also being roasted by Professor Bart Kay (VeganGains Vs Bart Kay Impromptu LIVE Debate). Many things you have mentioned have also been the same for me, certainly a lot better dental health (and yes, I have seen my dentist) and also arthritis (if not cleared, certainly gone into remission), my blood sugars, eating less times during the day etc massively improved, and much more. Yes, I am probably imagining it all. Unlike when I was on a vegan diet as well as a S (English) diet, when I was really ruining my health
Can this be considered slander on this guy’s part, like defamation? I dislike it when someone is telling exactly what helped that person to get relief and being told they are a bold-faced liar. That is so frustrating. Great video Dave!
Carboholics just can't understand how this works. They cannot fathom being able to do it. I pray for them because THIS is how we are meant to eat! We weren't meant to be so inflamed and in pain.
Most of us carnivores are a little older and wiser. Young people haven’t suffered the ravages of a standard American diet for quite as long. Successful carnivores have a reason and strong conviction to be healthy.
Wow. That gentleman sounds very bitter. Also, I have to force myself to eat two meals a day to ensure I get adequate fuel. I don't even want to snack. ❤
To be honest if He is vegan and speaks from His experience of feeling hungry while on vegan diet, I must agree with Him because I have been always feeling hungry while vegan so probably He can't even imagine what it is to eat one meal a day and not feeling hungry. Since eating fatty meat I eating once a day and I feel Amazing ❤
Kids like him are just little confused brats. Ohhh, "The save movement".... We know how we feel on the carnivore diet and nobody understands until they try it. Dave you are doing a great job, keep it up.
I tried raw vegan about 3 years ago and felt amazing for about 3 months as I'd cut out all the alcohol and other processed shite but I was hungry all the time and lost an awful lot of weight. Not good as I didn't have much weight to lose! I felt weak and tired. I've been doing carnivore on and off for about 6 months now. I'll be strict for a month and then fall off the wagon for a week and then repeat 🤣 I feel so much better when I'm on it properly. Looking at the new year to kick my arse into gear properly!! 💪 I admire your will power. You are looking great Dave and I find your interviews with ordinary folks very inspiring. Fantastic channel! Thank you.
Vegan gains. There are many many people eating one meal a day. you are so behind the times. I was intermittent fasting for years before I even heard of and started carnivore. While eating carnivore you are very satiated and don't feel the need to snack at all. You accusing Dave of lying about that is an insult to all of the people that use OMAD as their way of eating. Oh since you seem to have never heard of it, OMAD means one meal a day. Vegan gains you really need to look outside of the little vegan bubble you are in because you have very little knowledge. Educate yourself before trying to tear down others that are doing something different to you.
Hey Dave. “They “ pay these guys to make negative videos. Because “They “ are starting to lose money. Big pharma restaurants, Drs, hospitals and such. People are winning by being healthy. I also noticed that the guy didn’t read any comments from people who are having great results.
Until you have gone carnivore and become truly fat adapted after 3-4 months, it is hard to believe you could eat just once a day and have tons of energy and not feel hungry all day and night. Hell, I'm not even "hungry" the next morning but I still eat a large breakfast with either ground beef or bacon and sausage and eggs. Sometimes I'll do a 3 day water fast and still not feel hungry and still not have a growling stomach at the end of the fast. Being fat adapted and having access to your body fat is life changing and impossible to understand until you experience it.
I can be a pretty vengeful. This is why I avoid making videos. I’m sure I would get in trouble. Lol 🤪 any topic can be manipulated. Just ask Obama or Governor Newsom of California.
The Vegan/Vegetarian evangelical type of persons, they are what they are,i think about them in passing,we on the other hand live rent free in their heads.
Wow, this guy makes sweeping assumptions! People eating OMAD typically say they don't feel hungry between meals. Myself included... Amazing how ideologic, dogmatic people dismiss what we say without giving it an honest try first.
I eat one meal a day but I do drink coffee, tea and water. I put a few slices of butter in my coffee as well. I don’t have any desire to eat more than that. My food addiction is gone after five months and I’ve lost 41 pounds. That guy has no clue what he’s talking about. I don’t think I’ve ever been healthier in my life.
This awesome thing we know is like ( if you know you know) I don't get hungry. I dont have to eat at a set time I have ne cravings it's just personal experience and the way to it is just that ...
Hi Dave I have the same problem with some people I think when we explain how healthy we have come it comes across to good to be true plus there the ones that be taken by. Main stream liars I to nave come off my pedestal and let them go and suffer or whatever On that note I am with you on the health benefits to this way of life Regards Tony From N. Wales
When your only argument to a person with a different experience is calling that person a liar, you definitely have lost the debate 😂. He'll learn, when he gets older.
Dude is such a terrible bad faith person. At the one meal a day thing, he could have assumed you were denying yourself food but instead its, "oh, he's a liar". At least the other would be an attempt to actually engage with what you are saying.
I was just thinking, satiation is the absolute key to a healthy diet. 25 years ago i tried Ornish (tried everything at some point these 74 years). It tasted fine, veg remains a guilty pleasure, but the gnawing hunger was horrible, turnips clawing at your insides. "Liar-boy" clearly has never experienced what it is to be satisfied.
My hair returning to its original colour definitely isn't psychosomatic. When I first noticed the change I didn't even know that it might happen. I've been low carb (more meat since beginning of this year). And same with my arthritis. Definitely doesn't hurt as much or as often.
Here’s a question for the world, can someone show me an unhealthy, overweight or weakened long term carnivore? I work in extreme environments and conditions that simply drop younger people by half my age, employees who should have twice my energy that rely on conventional diet! They can’t cope with the heat or long hours as I can effortlessly! I’ve shaken arthritis! And 10 years ago had 2 ruptured discs in my lower back and needed help out of bed! Now I can carry a 25kg water bottle in each hand with two fingers! I don’t get sunburned like others and heal from cuts much faster too! Also have much higher tolerance for pain than on the conventional food pyramid irritation diet! Another huge change is no headache or migraines! None! They aren’t normal as our medical industry would have you believe! If you get a headache then you are doing something wrong! It’s that simple! I’d also like to address that there is no benefit to me or entertainment in commenting! Why else would I take the time out of my day other than to express my opinion or findings and hope that it might persuade others to find the benefits themselves! And who knows maybe one day I’ll get to see more competent and stronger people in the workforce!
I just don’t even talk to these people anymore. It’s not worth the frustration.
Right 😂😂😂
why feed the trolls money sharks are always hungry for attention .
Sounds like he’s a jerk 😮
Give that reviewer a few years, he’ll be doing carnivore .. he is watching your videos!

This just cracked me up!! LOL
LOVE ❤️ your humor. So glad to be a carnivore
I was plant based for a few years. Dr. McDougall had a stroke when he was young. If I remember he was 18 or so. I mentioned that because he was young and had a stroke.
I actually feel bad for this guy....wait until he looks into carnivore when the need comes about.😅
Fascinating video, I have seen some of his videos and I saw him also being roasted by Professor Bart Kay (VeganGains Vs Bart Kay Impromptu LIVE Debate).
Good information Dave
Thanks
I hope you sent this vlog to that know it all know nothing
Dave I feel sorry for him he looks hangry like he need to raid his fridge
To be honest if He is vegan and speaks from His experience of feeling hungry while on vegan diet, I must agree with Him because I have been always feeling hungry while vegan so probably He can't even imagine what it is to eat one meal a day and not feeling hungry. Since eating fatty meat I eating once a day and I feel Amazing ❤
This makes me laugh 😂
Excellent video, Dave ❤
Kids like him are just little confused brats. Ohhh, "The save movement".... We know how we feel on the carnivore diet and nobody understands until they try it. Dave you are doing a great job, keep it up.
Some people eat to live, some people live to eat
Thank you.
Nobody ever tells a vegetarian \vegan, "Yeah, but when you start eating meat again, you're health gains will reverse."
this is your best pod cast ever.
Have you seen his interview with Bart Kay. That guy is... Quite special 😅
It was pretty funny!
Bart: "Here's a fact and another fact and another fact."
VG: "That's nice, but I bet I can bench press more than you."
Sounds like he's running on Carbivore brain fog🥱
Vegan gains. There are many many people eating one meal a day. you are so behind the times. I was intermittent fasting for years before I even heard of and started carnivore. While eating carnivore you are very satiated and don't feel the need to snack at all. You accusing Dave of lying about that is an insult to all of the people that use OMAD as their way of eating. Oh since you seem to have never heard of it, OMAD means one meal a day. Vegan gains you really need to look outside of the little vegan bubble you are in because you have very little knowledge. Educate yourself before trying to tear down others that are doing something different to you.
Maybe he stuffing his face that’s why he’s always hungry 😂😂😂
Vegan "Dunning Krueger" Gains!
Do you think that’s why i’ve lost my libido 2-3 weeks into the diet? Do we really need 3-4 months to become fat adapted?
Challenge him to go carnivore for 90 days. He has no idea of all the benefits of carnivore.
💚💚💚
My list of wins on the fridge is growing.
4+ months in and only 2 of my wins refer to weight loss!
Not going back!
LoL, my dentist accused me of going to another dentist after a year or so on carnivore cuz she was hoping to do major repairs- that i no longer need.
Accidentally not reporting carnivore snacks?
Oops, I accidentally ate a steak 😆😂🤣
controlled opposition , follow the money .
💯
Wow, this guy makes sweeping assumptions! People eating OMAD typically say they don't feel hungry between meals. Myself included...
Amazing how ideologic, dogmatic people dismiss what we say without giving it an honest try first.
Vegan gains is outrageously stupid, we can't help but feel bad for him.
I hear a lot of these naysayers say we are lying.i do both keto and carnivore. One or two meals a day that’s it
What! You mean it's my imagination not my back! What the hell. And the chiropractor has been taking my money all this time 😔
I eat one meal a day but I do drink coffee, tea and water. I put a few slices of butter in my coffee as well. I don’t have any desire to eat more than that. My food addiction is gone after five months and I’ve lost 41 pounds. That guy has no clue what he’s talking about. I don’t think I’ve ever been healthier in my life.
He will NEVER get it!
11:30 That guy do not have a clue what pain is when he call it psychosomatic
This awesome thing we know is like ( if you know you know) I don't get hungry. I dont have to eat at a set time I have ne cravings it's just personal experience and the way to it is just that ...
This guy is famous for many wrong reasons and should be ignored.
Your right Dave the way this guy talks he is the one with low energy.
I assume he’s being paid to be an arse. Not a very nourishing career choice 🙄
Hi Dave
I have the same problem with some people I think when we explain how healthy we have come it comes across to good to be true plus there the ones that be taken by. Main stream liars I to nave come off my pedestal and let them go and suffer or whatever
On that note I am with you on the health benefits to this way of life
Regards
Tony

When your only argument to a person with a different experience is calling that person a liar, you definitely have lost the debate 😂. He'll learn, when he gets older.
Mr V'gains seems to be wearing a carnivore hoodie ...
Well Dave, at least being accused of being a liar is not NEARLY as bad as being accused of being a cat murderer!
Dude is such a terrible bad faith person. At the one meal a day thing, he could have assumed you were denying yourself food but instead its, "oh, he's a liar". At least the other would be an attempt to actually engage with what you are saying.
Recently a response post said that eating just meat doesn’t make sense. To this attitude I say to do your research, learn, then it will make sense.
Didn't Professor Bart Kay rake this guy over the coals, I watched an interview something like that!
My hair returning to its original colour definitely isn't psychosomatic. When I first noticed the change I didn't even know that it might happen. I've been low carb (more meat since beginning of this year).
And same with my arthritis. Definitely doesn't hurt as much or as often.
I dont think he watched any of the interviews or read any comments 🤔
who has a stroke at 17? well lte's see. i'm thinking of a well regarded vegan doctor.
All Hail the Hooded Clairvoyant!
The carnivore “diet” isn’t a diet it’s a lifestyle, a diet lasts for 3-6-9 months lifestyle should last for a life.
Normal people? Ain’t no such animal! Pffft!
