- Hello, this time we did a food tour in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, located in the Hokuriku region of Japan!
Although our stay was short, about 24 hours, we enjoyed delicious food in and around Kanazawa Station.
I ate Ekiben even on the Shinkansen, and by the end I was full.
It's very close to the station and has great access, so even people who don't have a lot of time can grab a quick meal.

I was there just a few weeks ago. Kanazawa has always been on my bucket list of places to visit in Japan. This video brings back much fond memories esp that Noto beef restaurant where I too had that exquisite Noto beef which is exclusive to Kanazawa. It literally melts in your mouth like butter. I know its hard to believe but you just have to try it for yourself to believe it, and that restaurant serves it at a good price. No longer do you have to pay premium prices in a premium restaurant just to taste this beef. And believe me, just as in the video, you can get 80% of your Kanazawa meals satisfied within the confines of this Kanazawa station itself. That's the beauty of Kanazawa....

I enjoyed the filming, very nice! Isn't it kinda expensive that conveyor sushi? I mean I feel the prices are like it's a fancy place, with a dedicated waiter :). Wait, I guess the expensiveness is due to the first course you ordered, considered a delicacy?

It's true that there are restaurants where you can eat for 100 yen, but I think the restaurant I went to this time is in the expensive category for conveyor belt sushi. However, I think the taste is a notch higher🍣

There are trash bin slots next to the train door. If not there, once you get off the train, there should be trash bins on the platform.
