Prices are escalating with each new launch, i am not sure whether it is sustainable or not. I am a resident at toa payoh and looking at exploring into condos too. with 3m for a 3 bedder - i can find a resale that is probably larger and probably even more centrally located...
@@shurakishi4707 Hi there, yes indeed you can get a resale 3 bedder at Trevista for example for around $2.3m only. However, do take note that while the floor area on paper is about 1100sf, but after deducting the bay window and AC ledge space, it is only left with maybe around 950sf of usable floor space. So the effective psf is $2.3m/950sf = $2421psf for something that is already 16 years into the lease.
@@wszzz3391 thanks for your comment! Yes I agree Orie’s living area is quite small for a 4 bedroom, that’s why I highlighted Gem residences has a better landscape layout. But overall, I will still say Orie’s 4br layout is still better than Gem’s 4br for the reasons mentioned in the video!

Orie 4 bed living room width is 3m only. But you say it is good layout 😂
