Just an FYI, DON'T GET KIDNEY STONES. I had a coworker at my last job who had had a child and was in the middle of passing two stones and she SWORE the stones were the most painful thing she's ever felt. She carried a child within her and kidney stones were still more painful. Ever since, I drink almost exclusively water because FUCK THAT NOISE, I've had a UTI before and the was bad enough I wanted to look my cock off, I would imagine a kidney stone would see me going for the Kurt Cobain Special. I also happen to be insanely thin and, as such, my appendix was positioned behind my bladder, so when it became inflamed, every trip to the bathroom was a matter of screaming and crying from my internal organs trying to kill me while they were squeezed like a fruit by the muscles of my bladder. I have never in my life encountered a pain more debilitating than the Appendix Squeeze, it's just impossible to combat a pain that wears you like a suit and makes you wish you could cut yourself open to make it stop. Like, when I was being carted off to the OR for my appendectomy, the nurse urged me to use the bathroom despite the pain because they might have to catheter my bladder which means shoving a semi-rigid pole up my pee hole and into my bladder to drain it and I STILL said no because peeing was so insanely painful that, at the time, I actually couldn't bring myself to pee because the anxiety of the agonizing pain was enough to stop me from ever relaxing enough to urinate.
TLDR: drink water and don't get kidney stones, I have personal intimacy with the fact that your body can and will kick you in the biological dick if you aren't constantly flushing your kidneys.
