You could do episode #'s for regular videos and seasons for challenges. Like this would be season 5 of April Behind Bars if it's the 5th year.
In New York Uber definitely gives me better deliveries now that I keep the acceptance rate above 90 , my cancellation below 3 and customer rate is 100 .
Or as close to those numbers as I can .
I tip a delivery driver after they have done their job well but I only get food delivered a few times a year... I wouldn't say we have a tipping culture in Britain as we expect workers to be paid fairly to begin with but currently on Uber et al it's not always the case.
"Tipping" is NOT dead, I always give my server a TIP: "Invest in the Stock Market"!
You are the Tom Brady of food delivery !!!!
Why is state business being run by India?
I was thinking the same thing
@@wilcercorruption and treason
I thought I was the only 1 asking that question, glad to see I’m not. I wanna no.
Better than Russia?
Forgot to mention that the unit I was delivering too inside the state building was actually a tenant for a Tea engineering company lol not the state
@wilcer my Uber says below acceptance rate in ur area! 🤷🏽 oh well! I want to reply stop sending me 3 & 5 orders but ya can’t reply
Loaded for bear. Byrna or any Co2 is illegal in DC 'cause the skinnies went on a ramage of ' battles ' and shooting mailmen about a decade ago. If I could afford it I'd get a vest.
Renminbi or Chinese Yuan, I think it's pronounced similar to Yen but could be wrong.
I would say that elevator key pad is down there for wheelchair folks to access it, I’m guessing.
Didn't think of that
Pepper spray has a shelf life. I replace mine every couple years.
Lol gonna let them punk you?
The always elusive scotch tape.
You had put your tape in your cup holder the other day.
You know it might still be in there lol I'll check later
Is no dying off.
I think the Uber fees kill it .
I pay 35 for a burger meal order. Is hard to tip after paying 20 extra for a meal.
I also do Uber eats.
So I order to see how much our payout really is .
I will get 4 dollar for 2 miles max
This guys collect 16 bucks
Seems like the only tips you are getting are tips from us in the comments 😂
Seriously! 😂😂
Tip culture should die. Because pro drivers should be turning this delivery thing into our own business.
I can charge a flat rate of $10 for delivery. My customer can order off a restaurant website and text me a screenshot of the receipt. I pick up and deliver. No tip accepted. I make more and my customer pays less than if they used UE or DD. It's an easy sell.
DD and UE charge too much. I just provide the exact service for half the price. The apps tell me who my customers are, and I take them away from them.
No tip orders are awesome! Nobody wants those orders, so I'm taking them all. And it's great! Because cheap people who want this service are my natural customers; they don't belong with DD or UE... too expensive. They belong with me for half the price.
Interesting perspective.
Are you gonna offer 24/7 service? Are you gonna deal with customer complaints/issues with the order? How will you reach mass audience? Etc etc... Your perspective sounds appealing, but in reality not really doable and DD and UE offer a lot for customers..
@ATICrossX
My hours are 11-9 M-F. As for customer complaints, they've always been rare. And who cares? The worst-case scenario means I lose one customer. They can't rate me for other people to see; they can only have their individual opinion.
I also only pick up and deliver in about 4 square miles. I choose who I offer service to. And I choose when. They pay me in cash or digital transfer. End of the day, there's nothing serious about it; I'm just a guy with a scooter, car, website, and phone who is willing to pick up and deliver food for half the price the apps charge. There's no reason to overthink it...
As for finding customers, I don't. The apps send them to me. Whenever I deliver an app order to my zone, I leave a business card offering the same service for half the price. I have a simple website that explains the process, and the first delivery is free.
The cheaper the customer is, the more likely I sell them. This is why I deliver every no-tip app order landing in my zone. I also actively discourage tipping; my price is fair, and I don't want more than just repeat business. I just feel bad when I get "extra pay." I earn more than most of my customers by just riding around on a scooter. They don't need to pay me even more on top of all the other fees. A fair price for a desired service; plenty of profit for me, a cost savings for my customers, and we just mutually agree to cut out the billion dollar company middleman, yeah? All that billion dollar company does is connect us... you, the service desired, and me, the service provider... except, we're already connected... I've already delivered to you... so, why do either of us need to keep paying the service connection when multiple connections are already made?
I try to forecast the business model of delivery apps into the future... and all I can see is "take my customers away from me, PLEASE!". These apps can not operate without sending out all the information any entrepreneur needs to simply co-opt their own customers. How long before people figure this out? I figured it out in a month, and I am far from the sharpest tool on the rack...
This app delivery thing is an industry in very high demand, and also begging to be high jacked by literally anyone who can read the future. DD and UE and GH will disintegrate the moment enough of their actual service providers realize that these companies only ever existed to connect service with provider. The moment enough connection has been made, the value of connection drops. The billion dollar connection provider turns to dust in the wind of yesterday...
Car drivers drive like they’re zombies
Man car drivers are so comfortable cozy until a wreck happens until a ticket happens until insurance goes up
Then they get aggressive lol
Car drivers are something else
I notice the less power a car has the more aggressive they are
Which makes no sense…people who drive Honda civics drive them faster than people who have the power…like a v8 motor they drive wayyy less aggressive lol
Here’s the rub with tipping and it started long before the $20 law. First they put machines that “asked for tip”. No one likes intimidation. Workers watch and retaliate in low brow/shifty ways next time you arrive and they suspect of not tipping. They give you that attitude, that shoulder. Next is they don’t appreciate the wage increase. I had one guy at Subway tell me it should be more! Hell the guy makes sandwiches!? Go figure! When I sou cheffed Sanford University I got $17 an hour. That’s sous chef work as if charge of all production and ordering per/Chef. That’s taking over on the line for the Pizza oven, wood fire grill, sauté, pantry etc. cook if the don’t show. Too sous is in charge of banquets posting all production sheets and insuring prep schedules for required items. Starches, proteins, vegetables, desserts often made in house. When I sous cheffed Hilton I got $12 an hour! I know what work is 12-16 hour days seven days a week on your feet go, go, go❗️Sleep in the hotel they gave me my own room with get this a wake up call!! $20 bucks and and they want a tip? While I’m getting by in the very system McDonald’s workers hi jacked‼️ There is something seriously wrong with them getting that kind of money for what they do. Period. Crying about they have to pay rent. How bout this get two jobs or three then maybe they motivated to do what the rest of America does get a Fing education.
