Dont suppose you remeber what size main and pilot jet do ya? Sons got a pretty similar setup but mvt dd ignition, s race exhaust, 24mm schmitt carb, 30-35mm malossi intake, struggling to get the the thing running right in the lower rev range, at the moment ive put a 118 main and 45 pilot
if i'm right the biggest kits with original crankshaft length are the 80cc kits, above you need a longer crankshaft, but you might need to machine your crankcases to fit it but on stock crankshaft i wouldn't advise more than a 50cc kit
technically no you can use the stock crankshaft on the 77 Stage 6 (since its the 39mm stock stroke), but i wouldn't advise to put anything above a 50cc on a stock crankshaft or you might break it
Meanwhile my 170cc DT125 does 116km/h lol, I even have 18/55 gearing on it and it would still like longer gears, pulls from 5,5k to 7,5k and dies off 😂
1991 DT125R 2-stroke. I havent skimmed the cylinder and added a spacer yet to align the ports correctly. It blocks like 2-3mm from the transfers if you just bolt on the 170cc kit. Very comfortable to ride though! With stock cylinder and worn piston+crankshaft it peaked at 9000rpm and I got 124km/h @@86tpr_rieju
port the exhaust port, possibly get bigger carb and get a more top end oriented exhaust pipe so the powerband is in the normal tuned range for 170cc (11k-13k)
@@kelapummi65 The port is plenty tall for big duration, gotta space my cylinder higher and do the pipe trick and widen exhaust port :) I already did skim 0,6mm off the head and put some extra gasket under the cylinder after my first comment. It made a big difference in powerband, it now has a dip at 7500-8500rpm and then pulls at 9500-10500 which it never revved upto before.
what are the grips you put on it? they look nice i want some

what is the difference between the 77cc airsal and 77cc stage6 and can i message you somewhere ?
Quality
is 70-80 stage 6 exhaust good?
What would you recommend upgrading if you have a stock bike and want good acceleration and top speed?
if you only can get one thing its a good exhaust, but a decent cylinder paired with a exhaust gives huge power
@@86tpr_rieju ok thanks
is enox worth it for 50cc? what was your top speed with enox and 50cc?@@86tpr_rieju
fully stock moped would go way mutch faster with better exhaust like giannelli or voca
When you change the exhaust, it blew up because you didnt buy a bigger jet or can you just adjust the carb?
depends on but its safer to change the jets
