I just bought this chair at Costco (it was on sale). The alignment holes were not the same as in the video or in the printed instructions. In fact, no holes lined up correctly! Had to return it!
Plastic based. (Not sure if PVC or what. Should say on the web site or packaging) Had one set for over a year now and they have held up great and still look new. No fading. Through a snow filled winter as well.
Great vid. Have 3 to do. The clamp is brilliant. 90 degrees. No electricity drill.
Here
We
Go!
Thanks!!
Glad it helps. I got two more this season. Love the chair.
We just bought 5 of these. Thanks for the video.
I think we need two more :)
Good idea with the clamp.
@@SilveiraNeto thanks. Hope you found it helpful
@@AaronRobertson yes! I bought two and I was able to assemble them quickly using this video.
@@SilveiraNeto awesome. Glad it helped. I bought two more and referred back to it myself. Haha.

Crazy. I hate it when that happens. We bought two more just a couple weeks ago. We do like them.
Thank you this was very helpful!
Welcome. Glad it helped. I always like some visuals when making stuff.
Why is the steel for the hex screws so soft? Start with an battery screwdriver then end with a ratchet.
Cheap screws from China probably.
What material are these chairs made of

Do you know what size socket?
3/8 but also have a slot so you can use a large flathead screwdriver.
