Just to be clear, to join RRC you have to be on WE1 Spring Star server, be level 15+ in game and be 14+ in age.
The answers for your questions:
1. We are around currently 27 members.
2. We are most often 10 - 15 members or more at events.
3.Yes we use discord but that is only for active members of the club.
