Mam , corona radiata is present on the outermost layer , after cumulus layer , then after reaching the zona pellucida only acrosome reaction take place then why does it have to digest the corona radiata after it has reached zona
After activation of sperm in female reproductive tract sperm reaches to oocyte and attach to to ZP and acrosome reaction start that release acrosin create hole in zona. I have specify in video that which glycoprotein and sperm attach or which will bind to sperm (GaLT and receptor)
Mam , u told that after sperm binds Zona pellucida , acrosome reaction starts and sperm lysin make hole in zona and fuses with egg membrane . But before that u told that after capacitation in FT ,sperm lysin released which breaks the hyaluronidase between corona radiata cells , why does it have to release something that it has crossed already .. or where does this sperm lysin released exactly . Please clarify
Thanks for query..Sperm capacitation take place female reproductive tract (not specifically in FT). Acrosome reaction that occurs after sperm capacitation, is an exocytotic event induced by a Ca++ influx. It plays an essential role during fertilization, by making spermatozoa able of penetrating the zona and capable of fusing with the egg plasma membrane.
Deep concept.. Very nice lecture 🌠🌞
Thanks 🤗
Good explanation mam,
Kya vigyan sarovar k alawa kahin aur bhi class hoti h mam apki ?

I m super fan of ur lectures ❤️
Thanks a ton for your appreciation 😊

Corona penetrating enzyme is required for digesting corona then it can reaches to the Zona
Ur explained very nicely.... Pls make more videos🙏 ☺
Thanks a lot 😊 yeah sure..
Very nice lecture mam
Thank you so much😊...This inspired us to make more videos
Very nice
Thanks
Thanku you mam 😘👌👍❤️❤️
Most welcome 😊
Well defined ☺
Thanks so much!!
Well explained🙏 👍👍
Thank you so much 🙂
Mam , pls clarify Sperm lysin is released ( acrosome reaction) after sperm touches the zona pellucida .

Thanks for watching!! sexual reproduction involves the fusion of two different gametes to form a zygote.
Mam aap content bahut bahut achha deti hai
