This is no way traditional Nepali chukauni but Indian version of it. In Nepali achar mustard seeds, kasoori methi , jeera are nit used to give tadka but only methi and green chillies are used with turmeric. Chukauni is simpler than this, only normal salt, chilly powder or black pepper is used in curd for spices.
