I started to feel that people are stalking me. I thought i am very ugly maybe thats the reason , but some girls started to behave weirdly in front off me. My family members also started to say things like you hit puberty or became handsome. I became confident, I was like the starboy of school or area. I got used to this type of model like lifestyle. Things went smoothly. I but in mid 2021 I dont know what got into me I again started mewing because I had a little bit of unsymmetrical face . I did very hard mewing. It resulted in uplifting my palate very very very high in the mouth. It destroyed my face , my voice , and my breathing. I started having difficulty in breathing . My face changed completely. And my voice also. In simple words I became ugly. My face changed so drastically that people who knew me can't undrestand what happened. I lost my whole confidence. Even know I can't talk to anyone looking them in the eyes. Now most of the time I stay at home but whenever I go out, it's like a nightmare. If I see some girl in the market who had crush on me, I feel ( i cant explain). Going school is also very difficult. I am suffering from a mental breakdown I was so into that beautiful people stuff. But I can't forget the mistake I made. Every now and then, some consequences happen that make me sad and regret the mistake I made. Yes today is also that day. I wanna move on but I can't😭😭😭😢. Maybe after reading someone will say, why regreting on such small thing. But it isn't small for me, It literally changed my whole life from my health to how people react to me

When you mew do your teeth have to have an overbite like the top teeth overlapping the bottom or do they have to be touching stacked? Also does mewing still work with forward head posture or not do you have to correct forward head posture first thanks

Question: sunken face on braces without no extraction. One year with Damon braces here, i refused any extraction and i do not eat smooth food, therefor i chew exactly as before. My face changed incredible, from the first months, i look older, is sunken and diffrent shape. I used to have pointy big jaw, square face. Now i don t even know how to call it. 😢😢 Anyhow thank you for all your advices, sir!

Why are you spreading misinformation Mike. Pushing the tongue on the palate isn't correct posture and if done long enough or hard enough can have devastating consequences. Why are you endorsing this to millions of people. Suction hold is correct, but the mechanics of a suction hold is almost opposite to that of pushing the tongue against the palate. You do know that the bone in the back of the palate is much thinner, and if applied enough force to, will move up and right above the back of the palate is the nasal canals that you damage if you do this long enough. You end up with a arched palate in the back, which also makes it harder to do a suction hold and create problems with your throat and breathing aswell. Please, stop spreading dangerous methods under the guise as a Dr. People trust in you, and you abuse that trust when you endorse dangerous methods to the public.

You probably have a narrow palate. I do too, but ultimately it should feel natural

If you have a narrow plate just try to make your tongue smaller/ narrower so it would fit on the upper palate well and create the suction hold
