working to clearly bata di hai ap ne concept clear kernay k leye yeh guide kerein out put ko adjust pin ke sath aik serial resistor se keuyn connect kia hai
veriable se to adjust pin per kam ya ziada voltage aa rehay hain
regulator ki out put and adjust ko resistor se connect keuyn kertay hain yahan resistor ka kia function hai
does current also changes or stays at 1.5A ?

AoA sor, I made one and it worked but despite of heat sink attached, the transistor LM317 ended up pretty hot, it also turned the heat sink too hot to touch. Any solution for this?

sir kya hum 6 se 7 volt dc ko lm 317 ko dekar 5v ya 4.5 volt output lesake hai.plese bataye.
Sir i had made this circuit ,it is working also but there is one problem that when i connect the 12v ,2ampere adapter to the cicuit then the current is licking from the voltage regulator(LM317),and that current is ac current and it is heating also.
Can we use heat sink for the heating problem . And what i do for licking current problem.... .please reply me as soon as.......please🙏🙏

One problem sir when i connect input the motor starts but when i off the motor with potentiometer then the motor off and when i restart the motor don't start and I have to spin it manually then it works

I notice that , while description of the circuit is perfectly alright, the figure that appears before you click play is utterly wrong. Note the ground line shown as black it taken from out put, the positioning of resistor is utterly wrong. You are equally responsible to check this before publishing.
