Thx for your help, came out great!
You are very welcome! I’m glad it was great!! Thanks for watching!
I want to add this. If you add spices and seasonings in ground beef , then need to drain the beef , you drain those spices out with the drained drippings. I started draining the meat then adding the spices and herbs. Depends on the fat content of the meat. Of course your using your drippings for the rue, but if not my idea is good. Ty for your recipe.
Oh that makes sense! Yes I will definitely keep that in mind! Thank you!
Thank you for this recipe, my tio makes this all the time and I can never get him to give it to me… I love this with fried potatoes and tortillas!!!

What about skinny girls?
no cumin no onion no paprika no bouillion no tomato…brand chili powder?hmm interesting ..garlic chili…nicely explained..thank you..
Thank you! I use Bueno brand chili!
I have to add onion, green peppers, cumin, and some stewed tomatoes.
I think this is NM Chile. My mom makes this the same way which is how Grandma made it, so it’s the way I make it,too. My mom hates cumin, but she usually adds onion diced very small, almost minced. Tomatoes and bell pepper makes more like the Wendy’s Chile. Just add beans. She always said she made it with love! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
