Venerable Pasada | Dhammasara Nuns Monastery | Global Metta Meditation Retreat 2021

The Global Metta Meditation Retreat 2021 was organised in honour of Ajahn Brahm in the week leading up to his 70th birthday on 07 August 2021. Many have contributed by wishing Ajahn well, by sharing how they are connected to him and by guiding a Metta Meditation. The series of videos offer many different approaches and ways to meditate with kindfulness (kindness and mindfulness).

8 years ago... I found some videos on my laptop while I was confined to bed for almost 2 years - and that probably saved my life.
The first ones were by Thich Nhat Hahn, and the second ones by Ajahn Brahm... I must have watched over 40 from each of them - over and over.
Then, when I could finally drive again - I began looking for a Buddhist temple in my town.
I found Quang Nghiem - which welcomed me and the rest, as they say - "Is History"...
I still learn from those videos to this very day.
