China 🇨🇳 accounted for 2/3 of new global coal plant capacity in 2023.
    - China built 70 GW of new coal-power capacity last year, almost 20 times the rest of the world's 3.7 GW combined.

Every country in continents such as South America, Asia, Africa, Middle East, should begin, if not already, instituting emergency and contingency plans for "climate change" effects. They need to establish in-house Emergency Rescue and recovery crews who are well trained and have the most up to date equipment and supplies so they are ready on Day 1. Looking at these videos from this country (Kenya), Saudi Arabia, Dubai etc., the countries are not prepared locally to help themselves and their citizens. From the Tsunamis in Japan and Indonesia, etc., all countries must make this a critical priority.

The rain focus has been ongoing for weeks from weather man. But our clueless government has no clue what to do. No response emergency in place. This is the worst government we have ever have.

So sad. Hope you recover quickly. Hope also you develop your energy resources so you have what you need like the US does. Don't blame climate change. Develop your economic capability so you can respond effectively like the more prosperous countries do. Issue is poverty not climate. Wish you all the best.
