Gotta say the warrior tank feels best to me. I like how you just run in, put up shield block and keep up ignore pain. Demo shout and you just live. You just simply live. it feels good. The other tanks have too much nonsense going on. bear druid is broke on beta atm, it won't be like that live. it'll be like it is now. quite squishy outside of big defensives.

True, it adds a 6 sec lock on that spell school which 99% of the time is the only spell school the mob has, so it might as well be a silence, but it's technically not, just force of habit :P

Idk I’ve said this many times verse shouldn’t be a pve stat. The mastery should be what pve uses over verse yet that isn’t the case. All pvp gear has verse on it for a reason because it makes sense for pvp. In pve your mastery stat should flavor the class like warrior crit blocking… is terrible compared to just flat verse. Guardian Druid. Mastery is worse than stacking verse. They need rework on mastery to fit the class/spec for it to actually be better in pve for them.
Brew needs a Mastery Rework, for the last 2 expansions and looking like in WW too, it's just fallen oven in high keys. As a healer, I fear every time I join a group that has a BM.

I've tried it myself with multiple builds and can contest compared to previous seasons it is MUCH better. My guess this tier list is heavily based on how much you push/how easy to pick up and be successful, etc. Being that brew has been known to be one of the hardest tanks to learn its never going to be S tier unless you literally can smash your face on the keyboard and still survive. (I.e VDH). If you want an actual opinion on the current states of the tanks watch a TIer list from a person that solely Mains tank and is successful in those classes, those are the best based on tanking the lists into consideration
You really should not listen to anyone but Equinox, when it comes to Brewmaster. He is literally the best on this spec in the world and makes YT content about it.
Played it a few days in dragonflight and it's so bad :D. Button bloat and on top it gets clapped way too hard. Last season I played brew was 8.3 with tons of vers and corruptions and there it felt indestructible :D @@MarcelianOnline
Do you just put as little as neccessary to kinda play on the bars or is it just that much better in TWW? Because especially on Brewmaster you have rather little abilities slotted. Would love if that would become more standard.
Brew received a rework where it took away some of the button bloat, was also surprised, but I do make a point to never take RJW even if it's good, fuck that and all it stands for

this seems crazy to me, i've not played the beta myself but i've watched a lot of content on youtube and all tank videos i've watched is saying brewmaster is the big winner and brewmaster is looking to be the best tank along with DK so i'm really confused when i then see this video and it's almost flipped upside down as most other youtubers are also saying druid is looking weak and as the big loser so yeah just overall confused by this list xD
Tbh, brew monk in 5.0 is the most fun tank, it is really give you the feeling of kungfu fighting rather than just looking at the health bar 😊 Pitty for what it becomes now😢
To me Vengeance got boring after they removed that small sigil you placed with infernal strike....might be a stupid opinion yeah but its just what it is.... It was so satisfying to do that... Tried to return to Vengeance multiple times and its just... not it.
Can you make earthen review? Racials testing, how big their model is etc? I tried on beta but cant create one. Warrior is very appealing to me as tank, can you block/parry/dodge while castong that racial ability? Nobody seems to know
im so sad that they scrapped the idea to give prot warrior a 2h weapon while holding a shield.. it would make so much sense thematically and give so much more flavour and uniqueness to tank warrior and plz blizz give warrior bloodlust
yeah I see season 1 being a bust for most changes that are needed and won't come till Season 2 yeah its still beta but still not enough time for any massive changes that require a major patch and honestly Season 2 really is gonna be that major patch.

Have you tried with Fel-Scarred DH with 8sec jump (Infernal Strike) talents? No illuminated sigil. I feel like it is very fun and powerful. In my opinion the most mobile tank.
And being mobile could be a big factor in some weeks with the new affixes meshing with the last tier of affixes. I've been playing no spirit bomb with frailty, feed the demon and fiery brand spread and feel extremely tanky on beta.
I hope someone wins because pet classes (BM, DEMON Warlock, Unholy) all lost... there seems to be a complete lack of AI mechanics for the pets, they remain slow to react, even with macros, they often don't defend themselves or the caster, and there is no mention of pets in any blue post since forever. I remain seriously dissapointed in the War Within simply because the game is "Chase the tank... the fastest moving highest dps class in the game" loot dead mobs a good 3 minutes behind the healer and tank who are already on the next boss, and then when you go to PVP, get killed by the Ret pally or DH. The beta is utter garbage and deserves a refund for players enduring it.

Why do people keep telling us that warrior has AoE silence? They do NOT. It's an interrupt. It's so much worse and budget than other tank's utility.

I have always used those words interchangeable. A silence interrupts. And an interrupt silences.
Man, druids are eating so good I think I've found my main. I usually heal & Fluid Form has made catweaving so damn smooth.

Brewmaster is my favourite tank so playing it on the beta has been a feelsbad compared to the others. At least Windwalker is fun tho.

From what Ive understood brew is a winner if they fix the stagger scaling cos all the new talents and stuff are huge for brew.
the feedback on the beta forums is all about how stagger scaling seems broken for brewmaster, hope they get some love. i love the idea of a drunk tank

Brewmaster is at worst B tier. Stagger and Celestial Brew was fixed already and button bloat is finally gone. I agree Shado-Pan are very sad tho.
