I too have the same sprayer and ordered the same repair kit...but while taking sprayer apart, I found how to disassemble the sprayer head and found the parts u had left over inside that area. I was able to use all the parts in the repair kit without extra pieces. Thanks for leading the way.
I have an AXEL Foamer 3000L. I lost the red piece that goes on the end of the hose inside. What is that piece for? Do I need it to function properly? Do you know who sells this item?
I have a problem with it too! It rapid fires on all tips. Even when I fill it less than half way . I threw away the box and I don't know how to claim warrantee . Any help?

Maybe apply a small amount of heat from a hair dryer.

If you know who you purchased the unit from, send them an email. Maybe it is still under warranty.
