Just a tip to make it easier to prepare sweet potatoes, you can just boil them in skin for 45 min and then the skin just falls off and you can mash them 😊

The beschamel for the macaroni was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Fun tip: instead of boiling your potatoes,bake them whole until fork tender, this way you don’t boil away the natural sugar. They will bake up sweet and gooey! I LOVE this video! A virtuous woman is a great cook!
