Ok so went to another vehicle today. Iveco Daily 2006. Just bought and customer said after 2 days wont start. Scan of it with im608 pro diagnostic function said, CAN message ebc1 error, DTC: 1c1 CAN message bc2edc2 timeout, DTC: 264 CAN message dash display timeout, DTC: lba CAN message timedate error, DTC: 2c9 CAN message hrdv error, DTC: 3c9 To add pin 6 14 showed 127 ohms fluctuating between that and 120 ohms. 6 maxi fuses heavily rusted and abs motor with connector facing up so likely pins inside all rusty. Wheres your thoughts
Sounds like you have a bit of evidence there. I suppose it would be best to check out this suspected corrosion. If not every module responded on the scan, would also be worth looking at CAN with scope 👍
@@MechanicMindset wont be continuing on this job. Guys one with no money. Politely I told him what to check and do then left. Being told to change the fuses is one thing. Doing is another. Especially when he sends me a text message saying he has decided to change the HIGH VOLTAGE fuses himself. Hmmm I replied. Do you call 12v hi voltage. He replied saying I know what he meant. I ended by replying. Sorry no idea what you meant. Just educating you they are not hi voltage. Customers
This is absolutely amazing, and a real 'STEAL' for the small amount of money for anyone serious in Diagnostics, i only wished places like these were available a few years back, but i guess then Diagnostics were quite different then 🤔, a big THANK you for sharing this with us all, BLESS 😇
Did you ever get that Mercedes sorted ? sorry it's been so long after the event, but I have just noticed your comments, curious as to what the problems were with it, I work on Mercedes and VW Audi, and have a small workshop in Birmingham.
Hi Thank you for your channel. Can you please advise if it is worth paying extra for the 2205A over 2204A? Another one please, is MSO version of any value for automotive testing?

Way to showcase the network available to those wanting to learn diagnostics.
It’s a fantastic resource and great value. Everyone is there to learn by their own choice. You couldn’t be in better company! 👍

Great insight into the simplydiag network. I've got to get up there one day. How did that new Hella tool look? Looks promising.
Hella tool looks cool. It’s all run from the VCI itself, impressive capabilities too
