What he's saying about property depreciation is so true. My dad built apartments over 40 years ago and we're really struggling with upkeep. They're not bringing in good income either since people want modern apartments. If we tear them down and rebuild, it will be too costly and we may not live to see the returns
@@danielnjoro8055 I will and put you in touch with my sister since I'm in the U.S. We've been contemplating what to do with them and can't find solutions. Asante
I started planning my retirement when I got my first job at 27. I've been saving, investing and building houses since then. I also have a pension and social security income that I'll receive when I turn 60. My parents didn't retire, they worked until they died. I don't want to end up like that. I'll retire at 65
Am very grateful to have watched gutu kwa murata in the episode of health security,I had not bn paying my nhif, but after that I activated my nhif, and can you believe it the following month I broke my hip joint bone nhif payed 300thousand toward my operation, which was very expensive,am grateful gutu kwa murata openned my eyes ,now am recovering peacefully with no stress of hospital balances.God is great he deserves all the glory.
