I rarely post comments on videos that I watch on UA-cam, however, I am truly intrigued by Mr. Duterte's speech and his essence of true confidence and a sense of belief to the things that he says. While I rarely trust any politicians, especially in the Philippines, Mr. Duterte definitely hits me, and finally can look forward to the potential that the Philippines have, and most importantly, look forward to a (hopeful) bright future for the Filipino people.

Honestly, Mayor Duterte has no responsibilities in the entire archipelago, id rather want him only in Davao. Let Luzon and other corrupt cities enjoy living with criminals. Those who criticised Duterte don't deserve to enjoy living with quality.

wow buti na view ko ito.yes,i hated that idea na contractual lang for 6months.kawawa naman ang manga employee pinaghirapan nilang maka apply tapos 6 months lang.mabuhay si duterte.i was a contractual worker back in pinas.i was one of the lucky one cuz i got immediate other job title.but poor those who became end contract and came from the province.its hard for them to find another job then end contract again.

some people are pushing to stop contractualization, I am wondering if those people have ever an idea how to run a business. Regularization is a thing in the past, in where people who has few skills benifit to stay in one company. Contractualization, is the way of the future, in where an person force to learn new and more skills in order to adopt in the economy. It gives business to be flexible and better oppurtunities to employee.
