No way an NBA team is going to Mexico City. Way too dangerous for millionaires to be out there. You can’t compare Toronto to Mexico City. Seattle had a serious nba fanbase and serious fanbase in NFL. Vegas is new frontier.

Right. NBA and MLB always include Mexico in expansion talks, but it's just lip service. It's not realistic at all.

Normally i'd agree. but money talk....bullshit walks. we DON'T NOW wtf they're going to do. if they want to "expand" which they do. then Hello Mexico City. yes every knows in Mexico they don't fuck around. the same shite happened in Colombia. now look at Colombia. u can't dictate on a future outcome based off the "illegal activities & groups" . money always ALWAYS is THEE MOTIVATOR. ALWAYS.

Good shout out to Eddie najera.... Loved him in dallas for his energy and always doing the dirty work. Also imo a team in Mexico city is a terrible idea.. Mexico city is famous for kidnapping /ransom gangs.. If famed Mexican boxers have fallen prey to this what do you think they'd do to nba players.

yes. you have a point. THIS is About Money. always about MONEY. the cartels are going to "invest" hard-core dollars into Mexico City even MORE then they're doing right now....an American ICON Sporting Event in their Country ?? psssft they just breeds TONS Of Money. sure a first few games....will only Be Mexicans. and that's FINE in fact Normal. you heard what my man said. In Toronto its only Canadians. and that's NOT entire a Shock either. no duhh. but they're DIE-HARD Fans. that's the BIG-Difference. this is WHY Soccer [Football to the rest of the world] is such a Huge Dominates Sport outside of the USA of course. ppl from those nations "are Obsessed with their Nationality & Teams Spirt" . the exact same will happen with Mexico. the only Difference is " the Cartel(s)" will be gett'n there cut / take on the matter NOT entirely in in anyone's face but in the Background. .. REAL BAD BOYS move in silence. = the Cartels. the only TIME the Cartels make noise is when they " Project / Attention To Their Strengths " its always about Territories, Money, Respect. thats HOW they run / operate. every DEA. LEA [mexico, usa, etc KNOWS THIS already]. besides NBA dudes will get 5 Star Treatment. the Best Foods. The Best Mexican Woman. The Best Hotels. The Best Spa Treatments. The Best of EVERYTHING MEXICO has to Offer..its a shame every is NOT Seeing The Big(ger) picture in all of this..... there's a lot involved with this.. I.E>> Mexican Government. US Government. NBA Franchise. 100's of Sponser's; Many of them from Mexico. other's from Other Latin-Spanish Speaking Countries through Exports-Imports. the rest from Gud Ol' USofA. why ?? USA is a Capitalist Money Loving Country. and that hasn't Changed NOT 1 single Iota at all..... like i said. there's Waaaaay more at stake then ppl don't realize. tapping into the La Raza/Azteca/Brown Pride/ Latino/Latin-x / Hispanic Culture is A Power-Money-Move. only a smart businessman(wo)man would notice - catch on to this.
      Salute'
